  I received my Olive tree today… I was impressed at how beautiful it is! It’s much larger than I expected; it was extremely healthy and I swear it is smiling at me from its new home on my lanai! Thank you for selling such beautiful healthy trees at such a reasonable price!

  Beautiful, healthy plant!! I was notified when it shipped, it arrived as promised and it was extremely well packaged!! I would definitely buy from this company again, and highly recommend them.

  I have always been really happy with the quality and shipping with Garden Good Directs. I’ve never had an issue with one of my plants until recently and when I did they were responsive and went above and beyond to take care of me. Grateful.

  First time customer. Recently purchased a evergreen shrub (Petite Arborvitae). Was pretty nervous due the fact that it is August and I have had bad experiences ordering plants online in the past through other companies. My order arrived quickly and in perfect shape. I was very impressed with the care that was taken to package the plant. It was very secure. Well watered for the trip and thick plastic placed over the pot. I assume to keep the soil and moisture in. I couldn't be happier.

  I had been looking for chestnut trees of size. I didn't want the little two-foot size. I found this company on the internet. Their descriptions of the different type of trees were very informative, so I decided to take a chance. I sure am glad that I did. The trees arrived in just a couple of days, and they were packed so well. One of the trees looked a little sick, so I decided to let them know up front. I received an email from Jaden right away, letting me know they had received my concern. Ultimately, they replaced the tree. I have never worked with a company that had this great of customer service. Needless to say, I will be buying most of my plants from them from now on.

  I ordered two large wisteria trees. I was so pleased with how carefully and securely they packaged my two trees to send them across the USA. Shipping was delayed by two days and I was afraid my trees would arrive in less than excellent condition, but since they were packaged with much thought and care, they arrived perfectly fine. I honestly could not have packaged them better myself. The pots were moist and wrapped in plastic bags to preserve whatever water was put in them for shipping. The pots were in the same large cardboard box that was the exact right size for the pot, and then zip tied with large ties onto the box, so the pot could not move and the dirt/water could not fall out if tipped upside down. The tree trunks and branches had plenty of room, and it was secured with more cardboard. Thank you so much for caring for my trees as much as I do. I was so relieved to open the box and see the beautiful trees.
