    I paid $1400 for trees that are ********, thin, possibly carrying a disease and completely not up the standard. I could have purchased these trees locally for half the price. I purchased the warranty and I filed a complaint. I havent heard anything. This is so bad that I now plan to fight the charge with my credit card company. Please do not purchase from this company!

    Ordered 4 Lavender plants, and acclimated them according to their recommendation. 3 of them died within 7 days. I emailed them on day 7 after delivery, and they said the "shipping guarantee" I paid extra for, was only valid for 5 days. They did not cover the dead plants. So I am just out the money, and in search of a different lavender supplier.Stay away from this company, unless you like to ****** on the quality of plants, and refunds.

    Have purchased 30+ arbovitae. 23 have turned yellow.Started claim 2 months ago to redeem my warranty.Still no solution!No phone customer care!I believe they want you to give up!!

    I am so pleased with my perfect order received from Garden Goods DIrect. Nine one gallon pots. Large and healthy. They are so beautiful and perfect. Looks like they came from my next door neighbor I found GGD last year and have not lost one plant. I also appreciate the iinfo on care and feeding. Plus I can't believe how careful they are packing.     From Garden Direct, I purchased ********************************** 3 gal containers. They arrived in excellent condition.. They are large full and a healthy green. I was so impressed I ordered two more. Also I purchased Sunny Knockout yellow rose bushes. The roses arrived in excellent condition, healthy and an impressive large size.- I mean huge. Theres blooms, buds and new growth for more flowers. Its too bad I cant include out of the box photos I highly recommend Garden Direct

    I ordered a 5 gallon evergreen from Garden Goods Direct online. Shipping took less than a week, Tracking was provided, the tree was packaged very well and soil was not dried out. Couldnt be happier.

    I had never before ordered plants online. But unable to find the hostas I wanted at any plant shop in *************, I searched online. I ordered a three-pack of one-gallon albomarginata hostas from Garden Goods Direct. Two days after shipping, they arrived, perfectly packed and in perfect condition. Each of the three pots contained a big healthy hosta plant with abundant gorgeous leaves and a well-developed root system in moist soil. I replanted them in huge pots on my north-facing balcony, and I look forward to enjoying them for many years. Thank you Garden Goods Direct! **** B
