      IF I COULD SOMEHOW GIVE THEM NEGATIVES STARS, I WOULD. I ORDERED FURNITURE BACK IN AUGUST OF LAST YEAR(2021). IT TOOK THEM OVER 2 MONTHS TO DELIVER ONE PIECE. I WAITED FOR THE REST AND ENDED CANCELLING MY ORDER. I WENT UP IN PERSON ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION AND THE MANAGER ASSURED ME I WOULDN'T BE CHARGED, NOR MY CREDIT IMPACTED. THAT WAS A LIE. I TOOK TIME OUT OF MY DAY TO RETURN THE FURNITURE MYSELF AND WAS MET AT THE DOOR BY THE MANAGER WHO WAS VERY AGGRESSIVE (I HAVE A VIDEO, FYI.) STILL, I CALLED CORPORATE, I CALLED THE STORE NUMBER TO NO AVAIL. I HAD TO LEAVE THEM BAD REVIEWS ON INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, ETC., TO FINALLY GET SOMEONE TO REACH OUT. I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION, AND WAS ASSURED IT WOULD GET TAKEN CARE OF. I HAVE EMAILS FROM THEM SAYING IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF. IT IS NOW AUGUST 2022 (AN ENTIRE YEAR LATER!) AND I HAVE GOTTEN STATEMENTS FROM ASHLEY'S FURNITURE FOR ITEMS I DONT EVEN HAVE!!!! ON TOP OF THAT IT DROPPED MY CREDIT SCORE! AT THIS POINT I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO, BUT WARN OTHERS. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY'S!!!

      Abysmal company. They don't even deserve one star. We've been trying to pay for our couch for a year. The charge stays as pending for months and then falls off. We've contacted them no less than 5 times to try and literally give them our money. Now they've pushed 3 charges through maxing out the credit card and they tell us we have to wait for the charges to fall off, as if it was our fault. I am so beyond disgusted with this company and their customer service staff. Do not order from here.

      Ashley Furniture, Maple shade, NJ is the worst when dealing with customers. I give them a zero rating. Each time you speak with the personnel regarding your purchase/delivery, you get a different lie. In short, I purchased furniture on July 30, 2022, paid with a check for the full amount. The check cleared my bank on August 2, 2022. I called today, August 12, 2022 and was told the check will not clear Ashley for delivery until August 15, 2022. I am an Army Veteran, my account is with USAA. I feel disrespected by Ashley. I asked to cancel the order, but they said I would have to pay a 25% cancellation fee. I would not recommend Ashley in Maple Shade, NJ to my worst enemy.

      The worst customer service I could ever get. For more than a year we have been waiting for our furniture and upon calling the customer service every operator had different answer

      We purchased a bedroom set from Ashley Furniture January 14, 2022, they keep pushing our delivery date back with them telling us on June 14 that we should have it August 9. They called August 4 at 4:30 saying our furniture will be delivered as planned August 9 but the next day they send a text saying it will be August 24 will be the next approximate date we will get our order. Customer service doesn’t offer any help and will not allow you to talk to supervisors or act like they don’t understand English.

      I am still receiving emails. They will not stop.
      I take a screenshot every time I unsubscribe. It clearly doesn't work.
      It does not take a month to stop sending junk emails.

      I ordered 6 dining room chairs on Feb 22, 2022. We started to call on the furniture to check delivery status in late March. Everytime we called they said it would be 2 weeks.
      It is now August 2022 and still no furniture.
      We called in early July to cancel the furniture and they told us to contact the credit card company with no other information.
      On August 1st, we went to the store to cancel and they told us that all they could do was give us a store credit as they were under new ownership.
      I believe all the comments about waiting two weeks was a diversion in order to not giving us our many back.
      In the mean time, my credit card company is working on it.

      We order 2 recliners about a year ago..The motor has gone out one one of the chairs. I called set up an appointment to have it repaired. I was told that they had a motor coming in in about two weeks. That’s what I did.. I called back and was told the part had not come in and it would be mid November before it could get it repaired. I also ordered two end tables recently and was told they bring them in a week or ten days. I called back to the Owensboro,Ky store, they told me that it also would be mid November before I would get them. I canceled the order for the the tables. I have received my refund. This service is terrible and I will never purchase anything again from Ashley Furniture.

      Found a Living room suit with tables and Bedroom suit as well we liked and worked with sales person. She was pleasant. We were told that one table would not be in for up to 3 months. We were ok with that as it was just a chair table. Our first experience. We received a message saying our furniture would be delivered in a few days. We were expecting our entire delivery less the small table. Turns out we got the small table by itself much to our amazement as we thought that would be several months before we would see it. We thought this delivery was going to be everything else. So we got a message later that day giving another delivery date for the other furniture. Ok we eagerly awaited the rest of the furniture. So this was delivered by 3 guys. They man handled each piece of the furniture. In the process they put a hole in my ceiling on the porch. 418.00 dollars to fix. We sent an estimate as requested and have not received any other communication since. The furniture was left for us to unpack and assemble. That’s fine. It was understood that we would do so. As we unpacked the sectional sofa we noticed that it was damaged. Large board across the back was snapped almost in half. We called and went through customer service who tried to talk us into having there people repair it in about a month. I refused and told them I bought new furniture, not repaired furniture. They had to escalate it to another department to get that approved. I should have ran from them right then. So they communicated that they would replace the sofa piece. In a few days they sent us a picture of a sofa they said they inspected and it was in perfect condition. They scheduled a delivery. My wife took off work for a second time. So she would be able to inspect. Now my wife makes about 250.00/day so this was a big deal for us. The delivery was scheduled between 3 and 7pm. So we waited and waited all day. No show no calls. Arrived the next day. It was damaged. Now getting run around.
