      Royal Farm in federalsburg Maryland needs someone to have a visit with this store. Filthy! The last few times I ordered chicken, usually 8 piece mixed, there is always issues with the way the product is cooked. If it's not under cooked it's over cooked to the point it's as stringy and tough as leather. Even have had pieces substituted without me knowing until I get home. I once would only get my chicken from there but will
      be looking elsewhere. I am only submitting this because I usually enjoy it,and hoping something may be done to make peoples experience somewhat better.

      Corporate customer is lacking in experience. The customer service line is nil. You can not talk to anyone, sadly. I tried to give a compliment, however your website is horrible. Not one person connected with me. That's ok, because I am now deleting my and I will NEVER go to any Royal Farms!! Sad you lost my business as well as least 100 other customers. So go ahead and NOT let your customers speak to an actual person, if that is what you.

      Your store on Smith Ave is below standard to any other Royal Farms I have ever visited.
      The staff couldn’t care less about cleanliness or being attentive to customers. And the store is often not stocked. Yesterday they were out of large lids for soft drinks and out of Diet Coke on the fountain. On a return trip today at 3 pm they are still out of Diet Coke in the fountain so I went looking for a Diet Coke in a bottle but to no avail as they were out as well as all other coke products. This is not the first time that coke products or out of stock.
      Please find a way to stick the store and all staff need to be retrained.

      Royal Farms is falsely advertising a $.15/gallon discount. I got their ROFO card linked it to my checking account and when I used it to fill my tank, I was charged full price. How is this possible?

      Extremely rude customer service. Was not able to get promotional sandwiches that have ads for them everywhere. I usually have a good experience here but I see now that it only takes one completely rude employee to make you not want to go back.

      Royal farms in Hanover Pennsylvania kick me out because they said that I was soliciting customers when my friend that I had loaned money to paid me back in the store they said I could never come back again. I also have another complaint which a lawyer will be contacting somebody if we could ever get a hold of anybody they give you 20 minutes to drink an alcoholic beverage one then they make you leave the highest alcoholic beverage in there one is 14% alcohol if you leave in 20 minutes in your car that's an automatic DUI that's illegal they can't make you force you to leave because of that issue either then they ban you for that if you don't leave in 20 minutes so they're forcing you to get a DUI they're also lying saying that I solicited a customer that owed me money and gave me money which is false there's no way to prove that and I do need to talk to the highest in charge I will be getting a lawyer I will also be getting a comment when your page every single day contact me as soon as possible

      Royal Farm Store 601 Southwick Rd. Towson, Maryland is a horrible place to buy your lottery.
      Their staff will steal your winnings and lie about taking it.

      I brought chicken from the store on W cold spring ln in baltimore md 21210. The chicken that I saw in the case looked freshly fried. I ordered and paid for my order. I never checked the box until I got home. The chicken I received was not freshly fried. The wings were so small, they looked like bird wings. The brest was burned on one side and very hard. I believe that I was given old chicken whe I went to pay my bill. I will not go there again.

      I was in store #16 for the purpose of purchasing lottery tickets. The machine was low on paper and the employee, Kelli S******, put new paper in the machine. I continued to purchase my tickets when it was pointed out to me that there was something wrong. THE TICKETS WERE BLANK!!! Miss S****** returned and came to realize that she had put the paper in upside down. SO! I am out $360.00 because of someone else's mistake. I go to speak with the manager the next day, today, Thanksgiving Day, only to be told that he could not reimburse me my money. The lottery agency is closed for the holidays and cannot be reached by phone until they reopen, probably Monday the 27th., making it almost a week I will be inconvenienced without my money. Is this not a crime? To hold my money from me without my consent? Mohammed is the store manager with whom I spoke, and his overall attitude was rude and unprofessional. Why doesn't the manager, Mohammed, reimburse me my money from the store's cash and then he contact the lottery agency? You can count on this: I WILL NOT EVER FREQUENT THIS STORE AGAIN!
