      Royal Farms has a sale 3 for $10 sodas. The ******* are two for $9. I went bought both sales. Only to receive flat sodas. OK being an adult. I contact corporate about the sodas being flat. A rep name MAT calls. Says & I QOUTE" WE DONT HAVE THAT SALE @OUR LOCATIONS.
      I said sir well all ROYAL FARMS HAS THE SIGNS in the WINDOW. He pauses says"? Well pepsi isn't a part of the 3 for $10 . I tell him, "I know they are 2 for $9". He than states (THATS WHERE WE WHERE WE WERE CONFUSED @. LIKE what!!!! Than he says "IT WASNT THE STORE FAULT. Distribution must have sent them. Proceeds to ask for original receipt. I say I don't have the original but the transaction is on my bank statement.
      He say oh "Unfortunately it's nothing I can do" I ask for a supervisor.
      Matt than says he's one of the managers! Ok let me speak to a supervisor. I had to stop break down THAT I WANTED TO SPEAK TO HIS BOSS! He says oh you want a BUILDING LEADER NO ONES HERE!!! I requested a call back when she supposedly comes in, which is Thursday Oct 12 2023. I'm in total disbelief. He act like I attacked his personal brand his company. The world needs more KINDNESS. NOT IGNORANCE because PEOPLE PUSH THEIR PERSONAL THOUGHTS INTO BUSINESS.

      Royal farms store 385 on brittangham lane princess anne md is the dirtiest store yet its a new store but yet the nasty store with the nastiest manager tabiatha she rolls her eyes at customers when asked a question thr store is gone to the dump already the womens bathroom had cleaner sprayed on all toilets n mirrors n left without wiping off n thr cleaner spray was left on top sink dryer stock is never restocked truck stock not put away air pump 5 days not working mold smell very bad when u walk in back door area please fire the manager or something and get this new store back in order my dog wouldn't even go in this store and I wouldn't either if I wasn't a vendor for the store period

      Very poor customer service by an apparent asst Mgr or regular employee. I attempted to return product we received that was wrong and returned to store per a store managers instructions. The customer service representative i spoke with became nasty, raised her voice, slammed her cash register drawer shut and when I informed her I didn't appreciate her mouth, she attempted to say she wasn't acting in a nasty manner. Well, another customer standing behind me intercede stating the Royal Farms employee did raise her voice and did respond in a very nasty tone and manner. I shouted I wanted a store manager and was told even though a store manager did tell me to return the product that I wasn't getting anything and to leave the store or the Police would be called. I stayed in store and waited for the police/sheriff to arrive, explained what occurred and even the Sheriff after speaking with the store employee acknowledged that I was instructed to return the product and the employee admitted initiating the nasty exchange but since I responded in kind, I had to leave. I will never spend money in any Royal Farms store and have asked my wife and family members to do the same. Instead, we will go to WaWa, 7 Eleven, grocery store or any other location except a Royal Farms location and this is for life. The treatment I received was totally unnecessary and uncalled for, period. This type of behavior, obvious lack of training, ignorant demeanor towards a paying customer can never be tolerated. The incident took place at Royal Farms, Warrenton Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22406 store location between 2:15 pm and 2:45 pm, 14 Aug 2023. There was store video, there was a Stafford County Deputy Sheriff incident report and I submitted complaints via Royal Farms web site. I'm disgusted with this company! Selected 1 star because I can't select NO star!!!!

      August 11,2023 at 9:10 pm. Walked into conowingo royal farms to find employee at the register high as a kite at the register. Cash drawer open money in hand and knocking out at the register. The worst part was 3 small children with the mother standing 10 feet away. Does royal farms drug test. Do they even care. Let me inform you that I went 2 employees in the back behind chicken counter to let them know what was happening with the employee up front and they laughed. Did nothing.Just what the store needs. Promoting drug use at work.

      Don’t get how I verified my age for my age verified offers…only to not get them because I did not have an OD with me. I’m 52yrs old and do not look under 30. Not even to 3 blind mice. Yet RF follows the MD ID check rules and under 30 don’t get carded. Note I have bought cigarettes here regularly.

      This establishment refuses to accept digital identification to purchase tobacco. After accepting and scanning my digital ID for over a year, they have now threatened to terminate to their staff members if they scan my valid id from my driver’s license app. Although Maryland has now began accepting digital identification at TSA & we are able to add our ID to our apple wallet, the district manager has gone great lengths to discriminate against me. I will be reporting them to alcohol, tobacco commission as well.

      My husband and I visit this store 1 to 3 times a week, we eat drink and play a little Keno I am always impressed by how clean and organized this store is. We keep coming back because everyone is so kind and helpful and I “always”need help with my rofo rewards I would like to thank everyone there for all their help and making us feel like FAMILY

      I am very angry and upset at the type of service. I received a RoyalFarms location close to my home. I literally visit RoyalFarms every day. I went to a new location not only was there issues the skills of the employee trying to ring up gas but also her ghetto nasty attitude is unprofessional to top it off after three trips in and out of the store because of the gas pump issue. The employee behind the food counter gave me a burger instead of a chicken sandwich, which took an excessive amount of time to even make when I tried calling the store, asking for the store manager's number and name the employee hung up on me , I called back again to have another employee answer the phone saying she was the shift leader and told me when the manager would be in . I have a picture of my sandwich along with the receipt along with two credit card transactions.

      Royal Farms trains its employees to: "Smile, make eye contact, and provide an enthusiastic greeting to all customers upon entering the store. Get to know your customers by name and use their name when they return."
      Today at location #XXX XXXX Annapolis Road in Odenton Maryland was a horrible experience. There was nothing friendly or pleasant about the stores energy. The food display case has old chicken that should be discarded. It does not look hot fresh or appetizing!!! I asked the associate if she could make a fresh batch and she gave me a blank stare and attitude as if paying customers don't deserve that decency. When I asked for the store managers information Kate replies that she is the store manager. I called 3 locations and explained what was happening and was told she is a shift leader. I took pictures of the nasty food she is forcing your customers to take or leave. I observed other customers standing there looking displeased and uncomfortable. Please have the district leader contact me. This isn't even a training opportunity this is a case of treating other people with decency and respect.

      My 62 year-old father, who frequent Royal Farms by his house almost every day was told he wasn't allowed back because your employee accuse my father stealing when he addressed the fact that the lottery ticket did not come out of the machine . when the employee, then open the machine the ticket wasn't in the correct dispenser, and it was the reason why I didn't dispense for him, then went on the camera and said because he was looking at the slim Jim's next to the machine , he looked suspicious, and was told now that he's not allowed back because they don't want his business sounds like someone's on a power trip. Kind of seems a little racist. My father was accused of stealing in front of other people and was embarrassed. He can't not think about this unprofessional employee degrading him in front of other customers. Can't wait to hear what our lawyer is gonna say boy, that should be a fun day in court.
