  I can't give a negative review but almost every fragile box was destroyed! Glass, vases and adding insult to injury, There price over doubled when the trashed items arrived. We could have saved money just throwing them in the dumpster. We bubble wrapped all boxes and marked them in uppercase, "FRAGILE". They won't answer the phone and have a 3rd party arbitrator who demands payment to file a claim.

  I will never use this company again. They wouldn't allow payment that was agreed to by the assigning company. They damaged some of my belongings and lost a mattress. They don't respond to emails or texts. A very horrible company.

  If I could rate negative stars, I would. They gave us a quote but when they arrived, they charged over double. We weren't allowed to back out. When we moved money around, they began loading the truck. It took 8 hours. They moved like they were in slow motion. At 4am, they finished. They'd handled our boxes so roughly, we knew we'd be lucky if anything arrived in one piece. We weren't very lucky. We've been unpacking since we arrived at the new home and so far, a bookcase was entirely broken, a step stool was bent, 7 out of 8 plates were broken, 2 out of 8 mugs were broken, and this is just so far. Things were thrown around, I don't have high hopes. It looks like we are going to have to replace a lot though. Beware! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

  Two guys came in, They introduced themselves right away and from the very beginning to the very end they were simply excellent. Every single possession in stellar condition, positive, punctual, and efficient.

  The office manager was very helpful in the initial call, considering that we had more waiting for us than just our furniture. Bill was also great on moving day, he got all the furniture in quickly and everything made it to the new building safely.

  They communicated their timelines and schedules for the move ahead of time and kept me updated at each step of the process. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to make a move!

  Crews fantastic! I have used Primavera Movers for the past 6 moves in MD and they are always professional, quick, and never break anything. This year I was not as prepared but Robert and All Crews made it so easy. We really appreciate them.

  Everything was moved on time quickly and efficiently. I was shocked how fast the 3 movers were able to have almost all of my stuff out of my apartment and I had a LOT of things. I went from a 1 bedroom to a 3 bedroom and I completely filled it up. As soon as they got there they were great at communicating and asking question. Throughout the process I felt great Everything arrived in one piece and nothing was lost .

  When the day came for the move, they showed up on time and the 3 guys were nice and professional. They got right to it and I didn't see them stop until the move was completed approximately 4 hours later. They even finished below the total cost quoted to me. I just can't say enough about them--we'll definitely go with them again if we have another move!

  The guys that moved us were professional and super talented. They were so careful with our luggage and had all the right equipment and boxes for the move. Nothing was damaged in the whole process. The movers were friendly, hardworking and careful. The team was very pleasant, informative and helpful. I will be recommending them to my friends and family as well.
