  The staff did an excellent job of relocating a large sofa from a very difficult spot, installed new carpetting and completed a secondary move to our son's apartment. Smart, good natured and very professional fellows. Thank you!

  I am writing this review for the moving crew! were amazing and helped our moving day be stress free!!! They communicated with me about everything very well and made sure to do things in the way I preferred! So these 5 stars are for you guys!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. It started with the company increasing our original estimate by $2,000 AFTER loading all of our belongings on the moving truck which is against the law. They then went on to try to scam us out of $600+ dollars for "extra material" costs that we did not approve or agree to. I spent 3 hrs on the phone with them and the moving broker just for them to take only $300 off and say they would work on the rest which they never did. We were given a delivery estimate of 1 to 10 business days and they showed up over a month later (26 business days). We called them numerous times and they wouldn't even answer the phone. No one would speak to us. And when I would email them, they would only give a generic response about a 21 business day time limit that they have per the law, but then proceeded to take even longer than that. I sat in an empty home for over 1 month. After they went past the 21 business day timeframe I told them I wanted to pick up my belongings myself and they responded saying I would have to pay the remaining amount of the move in order to pick up MY OWN belongings that they had done nothing with but held hostage. It wasn't until we got a lawyer involved that we finally received our belongings. It was one of the most stressful situations I've ever had to deal with and one of the biggest mistakes I ever made was to hire them. Please BEWARE and don't do the same.

  I used this service for a move from Silver Spring to Minneapolis. They got my stuff there but the boxes were crushed. Even the boxes that the company packed were crushed. They packed my large MAC computer in a flimsy box with no wrapping. The box arrived crushed. Many of my dishes and glassware items were broken. When I emailed the representative with the pictures of the boxes her response was simply to say here is the link to the insurance. So much for customer service. I also order the full service pack. I should have read the fine print that I had only 72 hours to cancel this. I packed most of my stuff and had to eat the $1,200 cost of packing. I guess I should be happy because the way that they pack my stuff would arrived in worse condition.
