    Please use this review I forgot to rate the one I just did I would recommend Ecorzone. to anyone I purchased the product from the company over two years ago. Not had any problem with anything. They were honest to take the time to explain how the system works for me and my family once installed. The salesperson, installer to customer service were all very professional, and friendly, showed they cared about there customers.had. I am happy with the system.

    This company is a big rip off. They sent postcards to homes offering a free lunch at an upscale restaurant in the Villages, Florida. The seminar was given on 7-2-24 by their representative, Jon D*******, who claimed to be a retired economics professor. I took detailed notes of what he claimed. This company installs roof insulation, attic fans, and air purifiers. According to Mr. D*******, the roof insulation would have a 40% savings in energy costs, with an average savings of $60 - $120 per month. This was a big lie. My savings was about $20 per month. Then he claimed there was a tax credit of 30%. That was another lie. They charged me $16,000, and 30% of that would have been $4,800. I only got a $1,200 tax credit, which is the maximum the IRS allows, not matter how much you paid.
    Now for their business practices. They sent an estimator to my home, a man named Chaz. He went up to the roof, came down and said the charge for the attic insulation and 2 roof fans would be $19,000. I signed an initial agreement, which I had the right to cancel within 3 days. There was no payment details or bank interest information on this form. The next day I called Chaz to cancel, telling him I felt it was way too much money. Now it became let's make a deal, with him calling the owner Omari B*** to negotiate. It was like being at a car dealership, and we all know how they operate. He called me back offering me $16,000. I still said no. Then he called me back to include a free 4 or 5 night cruise for 2 people, something which Chaz said he has never done. So I accepted this. Chaz said he would send his workers the next day and he would do a contract with me. I assumed he would do the contract with me before any work started. The next day the workers came, and wanted to start working. I asked where Chaz was and they said he was coming later. He didn't come until the next day After all the work was done, and tried to get to to pay a high interest loan which I refused.

    We bought the EPS - 365 for $4,000 and we have been coughing a feeling bad ever since its installment. We think that this product is rip off and we want to get rid of it. They saw us coming.

    I think this business is worthless. I recieved their products and have had nothing but trouble with mold in my home. I cant get anyone to contact me so that i can help. I contacted healthyhomes365 in texas and still no response. Please help me Im paying for something that is doing more harm than good.

As we informed you when you made contact with us 2 years after our product was installed in 2019, our product does not cause any of the problems you are currently experiencing in your home. We stand behind all of our products, which come with a lifetime warranty. We requested professional documentation from a licensed contractor, in 2021 when you made initial contact with us, showing that our product is the cause of the problems that you are currently experiencing in your home. We never received the documentation that was requested. We are truly sorry to here about the problems you are currently experiencing within your home, however we find it unfair that you fault us and our product for the problems you are experiencing in your home as opposed to addressing the root of the problem.
