      Very poor, improper, unprofessional, most disrespectful claims process I have ever been through. It's no wonder it's not a BBB rated company.

      Automated phone connection *****. Getting to a *** conversation was constantly frustrating breaking up!!!!!! Horrid horrid Correct this loud back round noise

      I bought car insurance and ended up selling my car a day later. I forgot about the insurance and canceled it a few days later. Its been four months of calling and waiting a hour to talk to someone who tells me that they sent a check out already. But no checks ever came. I switched to my work address and nothing. They said they tried to redeposit to my bank that I have had for 10 years and they said it would not go. Im contacting a lawyer and Im going to start charging interest on my money

      I have geico auto and renters insurance. Like many I am on autopay. Well I was notified not from geico but from my development that my renters insurance had lapsed. To my surprise I log on to geico and Im unable to even access my renters policy or see anything it just says call. So I called 7/5, theyre closed. I call again Monday 7/7 the *** stated I needed to pay $20. So I inquired why the card on file wasnt charge or how come I couldnt access my account policy to make a payment. Theyre not helpful at all, the *** bounced me around and walked around my questions.

      Earlier they charged me around 80 bucks more since I didnt provide my health coverage from other parties. I was aware of this and provided the coverage immediately right after and they promised me at the moment the amount would be refunded. However after 2 months they havent done anything. This is very unsatisfactory. I asked them to provide detailed documents to prove that if they didnt charge me wrong. I also didnt heard anything back from them. THEY JUST REFUSE TO GIVE YOU MONEY BACK WITHOUT ANY REASON AND TRIED TO CHARGE YOU AS MUCH AS THEY CAN.

      This review is for Geico Insurance. I took out a policy with them for my wife and myself. They automatically added my son without my approval. Removing him was a headache. In the end, they're charging me for my son's insurance because he was on the policy without my approval. They say they can't remove the charges. I'll have to pay it, and that's their policy. Please avoid taking out a policy with them and you'll avoid headaches.

      My mom got her car stolen and her catalytic converter was stolen aswell and my moms deductible is ***** and the insurance was convering only $975 and they didnt pay s*** it was a waste of time my mom had to pay it out of pocket I do not recommend this insurance they are good at charging for insurance but not when it comes to claims

      I had a policy with them. I recently moved and was trying to update my address in the mobile app. I had received an error message and had reached out using the chat feature. I was talking to a live agent when the chat was ended. Another agent joined and looked up what the previous agent was doing. I had thought that my address would have been updated but instead when I went back into the app after the time frame the agent gave me, I saw that my policy was cancelled. I did not request for it to be cancelled. This is unacceptable to do without informing the consumer. I have since gone and got a different policy from a different insurance company. Do better GEICO.
