    On 5/15/2023 - CB Mechanical came to my home to repair my AC they said they needed a part and I had to pay $327 extra for it in order for them to order it. I sent the money via ***** on 6/25/23. Now the company is not answering the phone, will not return my calls and my AC still has not been fixed.

    On Jan 9, I received a text from my tenants that the HVAC wasn't working properly at ***** ******* ***** *****, Germantown, MD *****. I contacted ********, the owner and technician, of CB Mechanical Service. He said the HVAC was not working and needed to be replaced. He asked him to send him via ***** the initial payment $1000 to another cell ###-###-#### and not his business cell ###-###-####. Owner of the property wanted a second opinion so he sent another technician. The second technician determined that the HVAC was working so I contacted CB Mechanical immediately. CB promised to return the money, however, never did. He refused to return my calls for a week. On Sunday, Jan 15, I met two police offers at CB Mechanical Service, ***** ********* *****, Clinton, MD *****. In front of the police officers, he promised to pay me back by the end of the week, Friday, Jan 20. Unfortunately, he spend my money on another project. He would get paid on that other project on Friday, Jan 20. On Friday and CB said he would definitely pay me back by the following day since the check needed to be cleared. It is now Monday, Jan 23, and CB isn't returning my messages. He is a compulsive liar, crook, and thief. His license must be revoked and CB Mechanical Service shut down.
