    CB Mechanical Service determined the HVAC wasn't working and needed to be replaced. Clarence, the owner of CB Mechanical Service required an initial payment to be wired (Jan 9). I asked CB to hold off on the repair until the owner got a second opinion from another technician. Second technician determined that the HVAC was working. CB Mechanical promised to return the money ($1,000), but never did. He refused to return my calls for a week. I met two police officers on Sunday (Jan 15) at 12106 Birchview Drive, Clinton, MD 20735 and in front of the police officers, CB promised to pay me back by Friday, Jan 20. It turned out that CB spent my money on another project and needed time to pay me back. Today is Monday, Jan 23, and I'm filing a case against this crook/thief. His license needs to be revoked and CB Mechanical Service shut down!

    I think CB Mechanical Service of Clinton, MD is a fraud. They took money from Choice Warranty and did not come back after diagnosing the problem with a "fan" for ,my HVAC but CB told Choice Warranty the problem was a "motor". They do not have a website and the only thing online about them directs you to CB Mechanical Service in Minnesota????? They need to be reported and shut down.
