I ordered numerous items totaling around $43. I received a confirmation email but after that the company went silent. I have emailed them and reached out on every platform possible with no resolve. The company hasn’t responded, they have yet to send a shipping or tracking email, and I have not received my items either. I placed an order with the company online on 7/4/2022 for two shirts and a hat during a promotion. The total was $66.00 and I was told the item would arrive in 5-7 business days. After three weeks, I received one shirt and a hat. I have never received the rest of my order. After the first month I contacted the company several times and was told the order would ship "by the end of the month," "within 2 weeks," and "in 5-7 business days" several times each.
