    Exactly the same situation as others on here. Ordered in late May, the shipping status never updated, they charged my card, did a song and dance about backups and delays, and now don't respond to requests to refund the charge since the package never arrived (nor shipped).

    Reached out to my bank but seems that's a dead end as well.

    So glad they have time for massive advertising blasts and sales announcements though (dripping sarcasm).

    Placed an order on 6/16 for two shirts and a hat. Followed up numerous times with their customer service and was told their warehouse was behind, orders were going out in the next week, etc. I now get no response to the email thread asking for status/update, etc. Sadly, I am not the only one with this issue yet they keep advertising on various sites. The Maryland AG office is my next stop.

    They appear to be scamming many people, me included. I'll be contacting the Maryland Attorney and I suggest that everyone who has lost money to them will do the same.

    If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered on July 3, a gift for my brother for his birthday- $108- They had no problem taking my money, but after numerous emails, texts, and FB messages that have never been returned, I still do not have my stuff. I gave ample opportunity for someone to respond to me, and after reading some stuff on Facebook, unfortunately I see I am one of hundreds of others that are in the same boat as me. What a disappointment..

    ...only because there is a zero star rating. No change in the status of an order that is now 2 months old. Company continues to bombard me with emails and Facebook posts about new deals, new specials, and EVEN clearance specials. They do respond to emails, but the response is always the same: All orders will ship in two weeks. If I ever get my order, or a refund, I will NEVER do business with this company again.

    If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I placed an order over 2 months ago. No updates on when shipping may occur. No status updates. All emails are the same and seem autogenerated. I have seen reviews of people who have been waiting 3 months for their product. Don't advertise something and say there is a guarantee Father's Day delivery and still have your customer wait 2 months. They say it's a warehouse change, and the company address is a residential home. Not pleased with this company. I asked for a full refund. I have also seen trends where people have needed to call their banks because the company won't reimburse their money to them. I'm just disappointed because the product looks great and was supposed to be a gift to my dad for Father's Day which he'll never receive now.

    I ordered two shirts with a free hat on Jun 15. No response after a month. I've been sending numerous emails requesting tracking number, status, etc. but all I get are canned emails saying it'll get here in two weeks, or we're changing warehouses. Always some excuse. So I requested a refund, and I have been receiving emails saying they are working on it ..that was three weeks ago. No one I know has even received any items ordered from this company.

    My order was "confirmed" on May 26th, the only thing that I received since then were dozens of back-and-forth emails telling me that my order would be shipped "soon"...still nothing; it appears as though the Facebook page is no longer 'active', but I still get promotional emails with offers of "a free hat" with purchase. It is pretty 'fishy' that the supposed warehouse is in Minnesota; that's where my first "order confirmation tracking number" came from.

    I placed an order in late May, hoping for a Father's Day gift. I received multiple emails about warehouse moving, blah blah, not having inventory. I have requested a refund multiple times. I have no disputed the charge with my CC company.
