I contacted for $25,000 of flooring in my home. Ed assured me of the install for three types of flooring in my home that cost over $25,000. When the work was done I sent Ed a message regarding the issues. Instead of answering the issues he sent a request to post a positive review for the install and never addressed the issues even though I gave the crew the key to access my home for over a month to make the fixes..
Ed is a blow hard. All happy talk and no follow up. Don't think that he has any intention of following through because he won't. When you try to chase him down he still doesn't even show up for the appointment which he just canceled. Steer clear of this business. ********

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/22) */
We have emailed the customer to schedule the repair for tomorrow (Tuesday, 8/23/22 between 3:30 and 4:00 pm). The customer works for the government and does not respond to phone calls or emails during our business hours (Monday-Friday 8-4). I have left her my personal cell phone to speak directly to schedule but she has not responded. We will have our installer on site tomorrow unless we hear from her to the contrary. Ed W*******-Owner
