Great customer service from the moment we walked into the showroom, they weren't trying to "sell" us, they were all about listening and meeting our needs. Our new kitchen floor and refurbished steps look great and their in-house installer was top notch. We will be using their services in the future.

I just happened to find these guys as I google searched while I was in another carpet place nearby when the guy was waiting on the phone with one manufacturer to get an estimate for 1 flooring option. Definitely a stroke of luck, Guys at CF made it so much easier, explained all the options, gave me honest information. We ended up getting our bathroom re-tiled and 2 big rooms re-carpeted through them and experience was great. The work was all done in 1 day & customer service and quality was excellent the whole way. Would definitely recommend using them!Columbia Floors

Recently we had a wonderful experience with Columbia Floors, LLC., also known as Bulldog Floors, when we replaced old carpet in most rooms and installed vinyl floor for the laundry room. Very much impressed by Mr. Jon K*****, a local sales person, who has been very friendly and patient when we couldn't decide the carpet selection. He came to our house several times to show us numerous samples to choose from, with detailed information about each product, such as the face weight, pile length, origin of production, etc. And he promised the installers would help move furniture and reset connections for fridge, washer and dryer, something other contractors may not offer. While we were con-cerned about warranty, he double checked with the business owner Ed, reassuring us what they would do in case things happen.
Once the contract was signed, he was still with us, continuing to update us by text message or FaceTime. He also made an effort to help with proper scheduling to prevent schedule conflict with another project around the house. When the date of installation drew near, he kept re-minding us to only remove small stuffs, but leave heavy furniture to the installers to avoid our injury. One day before installation, he again asked if there was anything of concern to be addressed. Finally the installation was successfully done in just one day, with the most details he promised done. It would have been perfect, however, if the installers had fixed the squeaking stairs.
