    I have received my deposit letter back after vacating the property after given more than a 30day notice. My deposit letter states that I am being charged for trash, cleaning, blinds and paint. I reached out to the head quarters of this company being that I should only be charged for paint because I left the property in good condition (once again, other than the paint) . I do have a full walk through video of how I left the property and I am still getting denied help even after sending them the proof that I do have of how I left the property. I spoke with a manager at the head quarters after him stating he would help me but after seeing the evidence of how I left the property he became defensive and angry over the phone with me and completely changed his demeanor.

    Ms. *** has taken a video while avoiding the areas that had crayon and markers on every wall, stickers, broken blinds, missing, blinds, broken refrigerator shelves and drawers, the ceiling fan blade missing, trash removal of a giant planter on her patio and a shelf unit in her bathroom. She owed $3081.29 in water and $725 in damages. We did not charge her to paint the apartment but only for the prep to cover the markers, crayons and repair the walls after the stickers were scraped off. Her security deposit was applied in the amount of $1118.00 leaving her with a balance due of $2688.29.

    Apartment states that I avoided areas in a full walk through video of every angle that I took of the apartment . I don’t understand how I avoided any areas if I have the full walk through video of the apartment . Charging me $300 to clean the apartment is ridiculous because I have the proof that I left the apartment clean . Also, they stated $120 for trash for only two items left behind is also ridiculous .
