    Let me start by saying I enjoy living in my apartment... If there's ever a time you should read reviews now would be the time.
    However, I'm rating 1 ? (wish I can rate 0) because I DO NOT enjoy people urinating and shitting on my steps??! I didn't move here to clean up people urine and poop?????? first and foremost it's NOT sanitary ????????. The president of the company S&E Holdings LLC have her picks and chooses... this is not a smoke free building they allow for people to smoke in and around the building especially on the rooftop and in our lease it states NO DOGS over 35lbs... Dealing with that issue now with another resident that lives in the building they allow for her to have a dog over 35lbs that's AGGRESSIVE!!!! I also would like to add when it rains heavy my hot water tank and laundry drain sounds like it's clogged very huge problem they need to have the city and plumber come look into that!!! Just An Update!!! I'm tired of being LIED TOO!!!
