    I held my son’s birthday party at Hyperkidz Columbia as a loyal customer but due to lack of safety, I broke my hand in there. Both bones of my right arm suffered total fracture and underwent surgery. My nerves are permanently damaged. And I lost employment. Hyperkidz started taking safety measures only after what happened to me. I did not ask them reimbursement for any damages, I only asked for help for my almost 15k medical bills. Not only they did not accept that, they falsely accused me of facing my back towards their slide when the incident happened whereas I was totally facing the slide waiting for my son. Absolutely zero respect for their customers and extremely unprofessional behavior and unbelievably rude. I would still like to take my son there because he loves Hyperkidz and they have made their facility safer, but I’m scared of being harassed and disrespected by the staff.

    False Advertising and Failure to Honor Promotions. I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had regarding a promotion advertised by this company. On 5/13/2024, I came across a promotion for 30% off royal package and 20% off other packages on their website/through marketing materials. The promotion stated that there was a 30% discount available for the Royal Package, with no valid date bookings or when the promotion was scheduled to end. Excited about the opportunity to avail of this offer, I contacted your company on 5/13/2023 to inquire about the availability of the Royal Package for dates [6/8/24 or 6/9/24]. However, I was informed that the promotion had expired and was no longer valid. This came as a surprise to me, as the promotion was still being advertised on the website/marketing materials at that time. I am deeply disappointed by this discrepancy between the advertised promotion and the information provided by your staff. Not only did I miss out on the opportunity to take advantage of the discount, but I also feel misled by the false advertising. As a loyal customer, I believe it is important for companies to uphold their promises and honor the promotions they advertise. Unfortunately, in this case, I feel let down by the lack of transparency and failure to honor the promotion as advertised. I hope that you will take this feedback into consideration and take steps to ensure that such discrepancies do not occur in the future. Transparency and honesty are crucial in maintaining customer trust and loyalty

    My adult developmentally disabled daughter was attending a child's birthday party at this location. She needs a handicap bathroom stall and there weren't any! I believe this is against the law. She couldn't use the restroom and had to leave. On top of that, the place was extremely overcrowded and I'm not sure if they violated the fire safety code. The manager was extremely rude to my daughter and the young woman who took her. He kept staring them down and even approached them, as if to intimidate them and walked away.
