    We paid for black Gutters and downspouts... Less than six months ago... The house was damaged and no remedy was done. The black gutters that we paid for are not black. Their supposed to be 5 k black . The paint is peeling. This company is very unprofessional. We paid a lot of money for this project and have been given fraudulent products.

    I Maurice H******* have spoken to the complaint Mr ***** and have gone back to the property with our gutter subcontractor to address the issues and concerns about the gutters and downspouts that were installed.

    it appears that my gutter installers painted with gutter paint some of the accessories , (1 end cap and a few elbows) that they ran short on because the color was out of stock at the supply house.

    we have identified the issues and concerns that Mr. ******* has brought to our attention. We are ordering the accessories in question and will remove and replace them with the new accessories.

    We will also conduct a walkthrough with Mr. ******* after all the corrections are made in order to insure that he is satisfied with the corrections that were made.
