    I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring owner Maurice H******* for roof, gutter installation and the addition of gutter guards. To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement; the workmanship was nothing short of a nightmare.
    From the outset, it was evident that attention to detail was not a priority for this company. The gutters were installed damaged with visible gaps and uneven alignment. We purchased black gutters, to find out the company gave us spray painted materials. Not only did this compromise the aesthetic appeal of my home, but it also raised concerns about functionality.
    The gutter guards, touted as a premium solution by Maurice H******* owner of A1Roofing/KangaRoof, proved to be utterly ineffective. Far from keeping debris out, they contributed to clogging issues, leading to water overflow and potential damage to my property.
    Attempts to communicate these issues with the company were met with unresponsiveness and indifference, and more poor workmanship. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for KangaRoof.
    I write this review as a cautionary tale for anyone considering their services. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and potential damages to your home by steering clear of KangaRoof. There are countless other reputable options that prioritize quality work and customer satisfaction.
    In summary, my experience with KangaRoof has been a regrettable one, marked by poor workmanship, ineffective gutter guards, and a complete lack of accountability. Consider yourself warned.
