      I ordered the book "Last In Line" by ******* ****** thru *********** on 9/30/24. On 10/18/24 received email that package was delayed. It was never delivered. I emailed *********** today who just forwarded my complaint to SuperBookDeals.com a few hours later I received an email from SuperBookDeals stating the book was delivered, but no mention of the delivery date. Also had a preprinted paragraph that says "check with your post office, neighbors, and see if it got left somewhere outside of your house." It is ridiculous! We personally have known the mailman for 30 years and he did not receive the package. He knows all the neighbors on the street as they have all lived there for 30 years (small town). The book was intended to go to *******************************************************************. I sent an email this afternoon to SuperBookDeals telling them it did not arrive and I never got an email that it arrived from ***********, since they send a customer date confirmation email when an order arrives. When I try to track the package it appears it does not say "delivered". I believe this company is fraudulent!

      place an order for a book on Feb 15, 2023. Never received the book and have sought resolution on line and through ******. So far NO attempt by this seller to make things right. Also, Phone number listed does not answer as Expert Trading **** Answers as "FarCorner".

      Dear BBB February 15, 2023, I purchased a book online from Far Corner, DBA Super Book Deals, DBA Great Book Prices though Alibris order number 71581769-1.The book was a gift for a friend, and was sent to him in *********Unbeknownst to me, the book was Returned to Sender for bad address: **** tracking - **********************.I never received a refund for the returned book, nor was I contacted or informed in any way.I did not discover any of this until May 18th.Why so long? It is a lengthy story, but the short version is a move across three states, death of a parent, and settlement of estate affairs also across three states.I contacted the seller Super Book Deals, now DBA Great Book Prices, AKA Far Corner about the issue on May 18th. I explained the book had been returned for bad address and requested the returned book be re-sent and I be invoiced for an additional (2nd) shipping charge - $4.49.I received responses from ***** and ****** and we have gone back and forth to no avail. From my perspective, Super Book Deals/Great Book Prices/Far Corner is refusing to put any effort to resolving the matter, choosing to stonewall and give me the runaround.

      Purchased book. Not as expected. As seller requested, I returned it for a refund. Seller notified me they had not received tracking info and were not going to issue the refund. USPS did not include a tracking number on the receipt, which I do have. This meant nothing to the seller who I firmly believe has the book but has decided against the refund.
