      Don't buy from Expert Trading Limited. They ship your book in a paper envelope resulting in it being very damaged when you receive it. Then they don't want to do a refund. They suck!

      I got the book but had to return it for reasons irrelevant to this. The problem is that I am having an impossible time getting my promised refund. They have claimed they did not get the book back after first acknowledging having gotten it. Etc., etc. Don't buy from them.

      Customer service is awful. No effort put in at all to resolve shipping issue. Instead they demonstrated that they had their money already and that was all they cared about. Didn't even try to resolve issue. No offer to resolve issue, no offer to try to correct the issue with the shipping courier, no offer of replacement, no offer of refund. Avoid like the plague.
      Goes by **************** on ****. Avoid!

      experience with Seven Corner Insurance Company,
      which has left me feeling deeply dissatisfied and concerned about their practices.
      Since January 2023, I have been attempting to settle a claim with Seven Corner Insurance Company, but to my dismay, they have continuously delayed the process by repeatedly asking for additional documents. I have dutifully submitted all the required documentation, but they seem to have made no effort to respond or address my concerns. Their lack of communication and unresponsiveness have left me frustrated and anxious about the status of my claim.
      I have tried reaching out to them via email and phone calls numerous times, but my attempts have been met with silence. It is disheartening to see such a lack of concern for their customers, especially when they are obligated to provide the services they have promised.
      As a last resort, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in the hopes that it would prompt a response from Seven Corner Insurance Company. However, even the BBB complaint has not elicited any reply from the company. My research on the BBB website has further revealed that my experience is not an isolated incident, as there are other customers facing similar issues with the company. It is distressing to see Seven Corner listed as a company with multiple complaints and no resolution, despite their claims of being the best insurance company, as highlighted on their website with a Forbes award in 2023.
      I firmly believe that consumers should be protected from such fraudulent practices, and it is imperative that authorities step in to safeguard our rights as consumers. Misleading promises and lack of accountability from insurance companies can have severe consequences for individuals who rely on their services to protect themselves and their families.

      The customer service is horrible - just a canned response message every single time, it doesn't seem like they are even reading my emails. I ordered a book on 10/24 and have yet to get a tracking number with notification it has been shipped. They just keep responding: Thank you for your inquiry. Our records show that your order is processing and will ship out shortly. Your order can take up to 5 business days, from the order date, to ship from one of our warehouses. We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and greatly value your continued business. We asked if you would rate us favorably when asked to do so. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions. Sincerely , Customer Service Today is 10 business days and they can't give me any status on the order other than it was processed. No phone number. Impossible to get an actual person to help with this. I'll never use the company again and would like to warn others!
