    ***** from BGH ELECTRONICS filed a false diagnosis on my home appliance and took my deductible payment when he never came to my home to diagnose my issue. ***** submitted false reports to my warranty company when he never saw my home appliance & lied to the insurance company saying he did. I have camera footage from that day that shows he never came to my home on august 15th but took payment. Because of his false claim, my warranty company at ************* Home Warranty will not replace my refrigerator for a buyout.

    First thing this customer is mad cause There warranty company denied their claim. All service call fees are paid rather thehome warranty company fix replace or even do nothing. I am not their warrant company. I am just a sub contractor doing work for them. Getting mad at me or our company is not resolving their issue. Amazing when thing do not go customer way they in up complaining. Thing go their way all good. I do not replace any appliance. That up to their home warranty. Now i told them to call ******* on the firmware kit issue which includes the icemaker and other things, They did not want to do that. So here we are not happy with their home warrant deciision..******* has this bulletin out for many years. They will never know if they will not call. This is all i have to say. **** all fees has to be paid per their service agreement to the tech no matter what the situation is.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    the tech NEVER came to my house yet gave a FALSE diagnosis of my refrigerator and I can even provide VIDEOS of the 15th where the tech NEVER came to my home as I have CAMERAS. He never came to my property and lied to my warranty company. I had a SECOND ********** come out and their diagnosis was NOTHING like what ***** provided

    Again I am not their warranty company. I do not know who you had come to your home. The Samsung  Refrigerator has a design flaw or firmware issue. You can bring as much tech in all you want to. I am not replacing any refrigerators. You are only reporting this on the BBB cause the warranty company denied your claim. It funny how you refuse to call *******. You get another tech that can not be authorized with *******. They would know about this issue. I am not going to reply any more on this. You have to pay your service call fee no matter the situation. What was agreed. Than when things do not go your way than the BBB. You need to read your contract with your home warranty. I did not denied your claim. I am not your warranty company. I am not replacing your refrigerator. Keep listening to your tech. You need to call ******* which would back up this issue. Well that will not happen. No more will I say to this

      You still created false documentation without ever coming to my home. Youve caused a lot of issues and then accusing us of lying or whatever the case may be, you were still wrong. Its not about solely the denial. Youve given false diagnosis & resulted in US paying out of pocket because you did not do your job and come TO my home to assist us, you never mentioned anything about ******* or contacting ******* at all. You said oh Ive done this. I dont even have to look at it. I can do it over the phone when i kept insisting you come to my home. This is NOT childish. Youve caused us many unnecessary problems and financial distress due to this & you arent even apologetic. This is absolutely ridiculous

    They was given a ticket from GE to fix my washer and the repairman came out and looked at the washer said it was the board and said he would order it and come back and take care of it. I have call BGH and left messages and no one returns calls. I reached out to the repairman and he text me last night at 9 pm and said my ticked was canceled and didn't know by who. Called GE this morning to find out that they BGH said I canceled it because I didn't like the servicer which is a LIE cause we was waiting on the repairman to come back with the part. All I wanted was to have my washer fixed

    We received a service work order for ****** ***** on August 1, 2022. I assume ***** ***** is his wife. The customer's original ticket number for their GE washer that isn't filling was XXXXXXXXX. The receptionist spoke to the customer on August 4 and verified the model and serial numbers and informed the customer that they would be scheduled shortly. Unfortunately, their ticket was canceled by GE on August 9 for the following reason: "CONSUMER REQUESTS NEW/DIFFERENT SERVICER." So, they were never scheduled and the ticket was filed away. A second service work order arrived for the customer on August 10. This ticket number was XXXXXXXXX. The same process started again. The receptionist spoke to the customer and re-verified the model and serial numbers and informed the customer that they would be scheduled shortly. A technician was in the customer's area on August 27 and was going to schedule them for service. The customer informed the technician that they had their service work order canceled because they wanted another company to fix their washer. As such, the second ticket was closed for the following reason: "Duplicate of XXXXXXXXX. Customer wants a different service company." So, the technician never actually went out to repair the customer's washer due to them canceling. If the customer still needs service, I recommend they call GE Consumer Relations. The 800 number is listed online.
