    You guys are the worst company on planet earth. Our home warranty hired BGH Electronics to service our refrigerator because our refrigerator went out. I called this company to set up an appointment to get this fixed and BGH gave us an appointment a week out knowing our refrigerator was out!!! We lost hundreds and hundreds of dollars of food and have medication that also need to be refrigerated. Not only did we lose massive amount of food we been living out of a cooler for the last week buying ice every day. This company NO SHOWED and is yet to return our phone call as to why no one showed nor communicated with us to let us know what time they are coming. I will recommend to everyone under the sun not to use your services and by the way I am missing work because of our appointment that no one is yet to show. This company is unprofessional to say the least and now I understand why this company have a 1.3 rating out of 5. If you use this company you've been warned! I will post this all over ********* ********* *** *****e to warn people about choosing you!

    I don't even think this is a real company. Google them, it says they're permanently closed. Everything I've read online has them linked to Select Home Warranty. I think Select Home Warranty refers business to them so they can say they did something, but this isn't a business and they don't actually send make appoints or send anyone out. I called them every day for a week to schedule a repair and every day I had to leave a voice-mail until today, when I was told my service order had been canceled because they couldn't get ahold of me. The one and only time they called me, I picked up right away. I'm convinced the only reason anyone picked up the phone when I called today is because my service order had already been canceled.

    We spoke with Ginger, who is apparently the owner of the whole company. She called screaming and yelling at me, for setting up service through GE. I don't understand how they are allowed to call me and scream which seems like harassment. I tried to disconnect and she kept screaming, my husband took over and she continued to scream. Save me from this company because they won't leave me alone and I'm feeling attacked.
