March 2024 my husband needed a very expensive medicine. Med help could get it for $100 sign fee then $59.95 a month. It is now December and I have asked to cancel, for my money to be returned do to never receiving any medication!! Ive been back and forth with them and just get the run around. After threatening to call the BBB and the attorney General and calling a million times did they call and said I have to appeal and wait for the manufacturer to respond. They said I would either get the medicine that my husband doesnt need anymore or possibly my money. This place is horrible. All I want is the money they took without receiving the medicine. They are a scam company if you ask me. I have asked to cancel many times but they refuse. My husband ** never received any paperwork from them at all. They would say we are approved but to get nothing. I have all the emails from them printed out as well. I talked to a ***** **************. He said he will be my direct contact. Every time you called before that, though you were always first in the queue with a waiting time of one minute that could be calling, listening to the machine hanging up, calling over and over and thats it.Initial Complaint

I sent an email on the 15th to ******************************* and have not received a reply. I have received nothing from them so far. No confirmation, no papers to sign, and no callback or emails. I contacted MedHelpGroup for assistance with paying for two medications at or around the first of May. I had to pay $169.95 up front and $69.95/mon. there after. What I did not know was that the forms I was paying to have filled out were basic ******** forms that my ** would have gladly filled out for free. In fact my **s office said this is a scam that they see often and they told me to cancel this service and get my money back. I immediately tried to do this. The company canceled the service but refused to give me a refund saying they have it all recorded and I have signed all the paperwork. They also threatened that they could go back into my bank acct and take more money because I cancelled before 90 days were up. I am hoping you can help me get my money back. I dont think they should be allowed to get away with this. Sincerely ***** A ******. Ps I will attempt to send copies of paperwork involved.Initial Complaint

My ** prescribed an injectable meds that my insurance covered some, but my copay was $250/month. I had already reached out to several non-profit organizations like Pharma&, ******************* for help with my copay. I was searching for Needy Meds on the internet when Med Help Group popped up. I contacted them and the *** said that he could help me. He looked up the medication to see what he could offer and told me Pharma& had an application. I told the *** that I had already talked to Pharma& and I didnt qualify because my insurance covers a portion of my prescription cost. He said not to worry about this, because they knew how to get the application completed to pay for my meds. He completed the application and I was charged $100, then I found out that he falsified my application with different information that what I told him. I called the company to get this info corrected. Then I gathered all of my documents that they requested. I then was charged a monthly subscription fee of $59.95. I called and spoke to a manager and she told me she was going to put the subscription fee on hold until I was approved. I then get charged another subscription fee of $59.95. I disputed this charge on my credit card. I finally get a letter in the mail that pharma& has denied me application. I contact Med Help Group again and asked for a refund, and was told to send them the denial letter. I sent the denial letter via email and didnt hear anything from them. I followed up with another email requesting a refund and was told that because I had stopped one of the subscription payments that no refund would be issued. I sent another email and I have tried calling the company several times to discuss, and I have not gotten a response. I am asking for my application fee and subscription fee refunded to me. You dont treat customers this way to take advantage of especially when the customer tells you up front that they dont qualify for the Pharma& program, and have a cancer diagnosis.Customer Answer

I also did a charge back on my credit card because they were suppose to not charge me the monthly fee until I was approved, however I just received notification that my credit is being reversed. So the total charges are $219.90.Initial Complaint

my sleep doctor put me on a new sleep med called Quviviq About a year and a half ago .it was a new medication at that time. I could only get it from an online pharmacy in **********, ******* Year and a half ago. The pharmacy stopped providing it for me in December. It was now available from regular pharmacy but at an excessive ($450.+)We were referred to Med Help who indicated we could get an alternative similar med by purchasing membership for $125 and $59.95/mo for the script. We sent them a check for $184.95.Weeks went by with no medication until we got a letter from ***** (MedHelps provider?) saying I didnt qualify because we were on *********(Med help didnt tell us this ( they had a new employee assigned to us who wasnt aware of this)and they had even earlier asked us for a copy of our ******** card. Merck said we might be eligible for an exception if we were ********** - but we arent. Finally out of desperation in April, I checked with my Rite Aid pharmacy and they told me that I could now get the Quviviq for $135/mo, with GoodRx card.I called Med Help for a refund and they said I needed to have my Doctor send them a fax requesting cancellation of the Balsomra script because I was returning to *******. I did this. However now ******* refuses to refund my money because we cancelled the Balsomra and that we would have been approved by *****. That is clearly not true.Initial Complaint

I pay $89.95 per month to receive two diabetic medications through this agency. I was up for re-enrollment for one of my medications in August 2023. I gave all requested documents on 9/5/2023. It is 10/25/23 and I still have not received my medication. I have been out of this medication in September 2023. I am also now out of the second medication I receive through this company as well. I, and my wife, have repeatedly called them, emailed them, and this has not been resolved. I am out of two life saving medications and no one will respond to emails or answer the telephone when I call (during business hours). I have consistently (multiple times a week), attempted to make contact via phone or email and still have no answers or medications. However, they continue to take my monthly payment from my checking account. I now have no medication to take for diabetes.
