My 81 year old mother and I called to cancel her subscription before she sent any of the documents the company requested. Ryan Howard assured her and I that she would not be charged for the subscription and nothing would be required of her to cancel the subscription. The company took $169 from her bank account anyway and has not responded to any emails since we have reached out asking for a refund.

I love this company. I was skeptical at first when I saw their reviews on here. I can tell you that 90% of people do not have the time, patience, intelligence or attention to detail necessary to get approved on your own by the drug companies. I contacted Astra Zenica to get my Farxiga and was denied due to being on Medicare with a drug plan. I contact Nova Nordisk to get my Ozempic. They told me I didn't qualify because I make too much money. I'm on Social Security how is that possible? The representative at Med Help Group told me that I was lied to and that AZ does in fact accept medicare patients. He told me that they lie in order to avoid giving away free medication. I decided to take a chance. I was approved!! Not going to lie, it took 1 1/2 months to get my medication but that was because I submitted the wrong document and my doctor took a while to fax them back the forms. Once we submitted everything, I was approved within a couple weeks. I will gladly pay $69.95 per month to have the peace of mind of knowing that I will have the medication I need to live. These are good people that want to help!

This company helped me out me out sooo much. I had 3 medications that I was paying over 1000 for all three now I am only paying *0 a month and they come right to my house. I tried multiple times to apply on my own and got denied each time and had to wait to reapply. They got me approved for all three and had a 3 months worth of each one at my house in under a month. I dont know what I would of done with out them . best thing I ever did in my life!!!

You do not need this company’s help. They charge an application fee and then a monthly payment to your credit card for the sole purpose of filling paperwork for you in order to receive meds at no or low cost. You are able to fill out these same forms at no cost to you by contacting the medications manufacturer. The manufacturer will send you the same forms that med help group fills out. No need to pay this company any money whatsoever. They also ask you questions and record what you agree to, thus locking you into a charge to your card which, even though you cancel within three business days, you must pay because apparently, Maryland does not have a cooling down law. So even if you ask for a refund, they refuse to give you a refund. Customer service gave me a runaround, having me speak to different people resulting in the same results each time. It was hard getting in touch with customer service. The end result of all of this was me paying $159.95. They told me that I was approved for the meds if I e-signed a contract and sent them the required supporting documents they requested. I refused to do this because I discovered that I could do the same filing for meds at no cost to me. Due to my foolishly agreeing their terms on a recorded line, and their unwillingness to refund my initial, I am out my money. Please save your money. Do your homework. Apply for the free meds yourself. Don’t be fooled.

Med Help Group has helped me get access to medication programs that I would have probably disqualified myself for if trying on my own. My medications were over $1K a month before Med Help Group saved the day (& my wallet) by helping me through a process I could of probably handled myself but why stress when you can have hard working advocates handle it for you. I fully understand that the medications are free and I am paying for a service. I pay my tax guy to do my taxes correctly, its the same concept. Paying for a service for someone to do something very important for me because they specialize in it makes the most sense. Thank you MHG for always taking care of my medication assistance, always making sure refills arrive on time, and the relentless times you spend talking to manufacturers for your members! Most people don't appreciate the hard work you guys do, just know you have a happy and appreciative member on my end!

They submit paperwork to pharmaceutical companies to apply for their patient prescription assistance programs. I can do the same paperwork myself. It is a form that you fill out and have your Doctor fill out and submit it to the company. Med Help will tell you that if you submit the form on your own, it will simply sit on someone’s desk and you will never hear from them again. So they submit it for you. They charge about $50 per month for this service. One hundred percent rip off. You can submit the form on your own with your physicians part filled out by him, the company will give you the assistance if you qualify. Your qualification is based upon income no matter who fills it out. Now that I no longer need the medication, I have requested that Med Help stop taking the money out of my bank account. Thus far they continue to take the money out. Now I have to contact my bank and ask them to stop paying Med Help. They are a rip off. Don’t trust them. Unethical crooks.

Charging on credit card and providing no service. Continuing to call after I told them to cancel that I will pay for my own prescription.
