    On 12/29/2024 the locksmith came to my house took the lock off my door told me if I wanted it fixed today it would be $320 tomorrow it will be $220 I opted for tomorrow for he said he would have to get the lock from their location if he did not have it there it would have to be ordered. $60 for him removing the lock, $100 to order the lock need and $60 for him to complete the install. I called the next day he told me it had to be ordered. Days later I call to see when he would return to install the lock. He calls and said he will let me know when it comes in. More days go by I call their office they tell me to keep my line open the tech will return my call. He didn't. I call more days later. They tell me to keep your line open I will call back in 30 minutes. No return call. To make a long story short. They have stop calling back. When I called I got the run around and now blocked. They now have blocked my calls, will not call me or send a refund ($160.00). Lock removed off my door and at of my money. Nothing but unnecessary aggravation from start to finish. I had to file a complaint with the court.

    The locksmith came to my house, quoted me $4,000. He was here for 4 hours, did not know what he was doing (had to call his boss), needed me to pay by ***** or ***** and install an app, which didn't work. By 11:15 pm this was all fishy to me and I asked him to remove the lock (he did not) and told him to leave

    Today was a nightmare in hell trying to utilize this unprofessional company. They are extremely unprofessional and they also damaged the front door to my house. Please be sure to utilize a more professional locksmith company. The guy that they dispatched out to my home had NO CLUE what he was doing. He used screw drivers and plastic cards to try to re-enter my home due to me locking myself out. Once I noticed that he did not know what he was doing I immediately notified his supervisor and informed them about the damage that he did to my front door. After all this madness he still did not get into my home, and ended up gathering his things and driving away, when I noticed that he was leaving i followed behind him to ask him for a business card or his supervisors name and number due to the supervisor calling me from a blocked number after finding out that there was damage done to my property. The guy lied to me and told me that he was going to go to **** ***** to get lock picking material and that he would be right back, however he never came back and the company blocked my phone number from being able to reach them again after I informed them that he left damage to my front door and that I was still locked out. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM, Go to ***** ********* instead they have way better quality and customer service and their locksmith is actually a REAL locksmith! Y'all should reach out to me or hear from my lawyer really soon. Thanks.
