      Tiffin cashed our check on 5/25/23, of $7,255.00 for 9 cheer mats . I received an email on 6/29/23 that my mats would be delivered mid July. July came and went . I called and called and Robin in the office started to give me an attitude for calling so much asking where my mats where , all she could say was she didn’t have answers for me . When I realized this was shady was when they started not to pick up my phone calls, but they would pick up a different phone number I would call from with a different area code . I asked for a refund , heard nothing back about that either . This is actually ******** because they stole our money!

      I ordered a Flexible cheer Mat, on May 18th of 2022 and paid the amount of $7,021 dlls the same day, my order number is ******. The order was going to be ship to El Paso, Tx 79936 and they said it will arrive in 3 months (August 2022)
      The 3 months passed and I didn’t have any news, I always called them to ask and they always say the same “We will send you more info to *****************************, call us back in 3 days” but I never received anything so I always called them again and again, then more than a year passed and they kept telling me the same on every call I did; until December 2023 that I noticed they weren’t answering my calls anymore, I search on the internet and realize that the store burn, so since December 2023 I don’t have any information of my order and what will happen with it

      On December 28, 2022, the ********** ** ***** ******* (University) purchased athletics mats from Tiffin Athletic Mats LLC (Tiffin Athletics), in the amount of $2,090.00. Tiffin Athletics has failed to deliver the mats to the University and on March 20, 2023, the University requested a refund. Tiffin Athletics stated that a refund will take 30 days to process; however, it is nine (9) months later and the University has not received the refund for the product that they did not receive.

      Tiffin has been contacted multiple times regarding the payment and request for refund. A demand for payment has been sent via Certified Mail along with email copies reflecting the attempts to get this issue resolved.

      We ordered 9 rolls of mats for our cheerleading program in North Canton, OH on August 26, 2022. We spent approximately 10,000 and have never received the equipment. We have attempted dozens of times to get a refund but we continually get the run around. This was for our kids and it is repulsive that this company has done this to them. They all worked so hard to raise this money and they should be held accountable. How can the state of MD allow them to get away with this behavior??       On January 27, 2023, I ordered an "octagon donut" from this business. My card was charged on Februrary 7, 2023. I was told I would have the item in 9-12 weeks, paid $696 on my credit card. I have yet to receive the item. I have contacted the business no less than 15 times, by both email and phone. The receptionist who answers the phone says I need to talk with Gerry ******** the owner in order for a refund to be processed. He has not returned any of my messages. When I call to ask to speak to him directly, I am told he is not available every single time. I am hoping BBB can help me get refunded, along with the MANY other people you seem to be helping this business with. ** ** ********** ****** ****** **** ****** ***. Thank you. *****

      Hello My name is Brian ****** I am a wrestling coach at a high school.       I bought a mat around March 7th, 2023. It is now almost November. Every time I call I either get no answer, or someone telling me the mat is still in production. I find it difficult to believe such a big company has to take almost 9 months to make and deliver a mat. There was no indication that the process would be so long. There has not been any communication from them unless I initiated the conversation. I feel like I am being ******* for money at this point.

      On 11/3/2022 we purchased two purple mats from Tiffin Mats. Order #****** Total prices of $2115.00 was paid for the mats. We were expecting the mats by January. On 2/3/23 Latrice emailed us stating Gerry stated production is still working on our order and need a little more time to have it completed and shipped. On March 10, 2023 , we were informed by an email our ship date was scheduled for the following week. We have attempted to contact Gerry in Customer service multiple time. June 2023 we canceled the order by email and was to receive refund. One time we were told their machine was down to refund us. On July 11, 2023 we spoke to Tiffin Mats and was told to dispute the charge with our bank to get our money back. Because the purchase was past 30 days we were unable to dispute. On 8/16/2023 I spoke to Robin and inquired about purchasing mats. She was ready to take my order and said I would have mats in 12 weeks. I explained i don't understand how I can get mats in 12 weeks when my order from November still has not arrived. I provided my name and phone number for Gerry to call me back. No return call. I also emailed Gerry with no reply. October 17, 2023 we spoke with Robin and she said she felt bad but there wasn't anything she could do. We needed to contact Gerry and customer service.

      We ordered 7 panels of mats from Tiffin Mats on 10/5/22. We constantly call for an update on our order and our delivery date keeps getting pushed back more and more due to various reasons. It has now been one year with zero updates on the order. The last update we were able to get was that we would have them by 9/29/23. We still do not and now the company and the "owner" Gerry is ghosting us. CSR reps are completely unhelpful and have zero answers. She just keeps referring us to Gerry. Gerry does not answer calls or emails and is conveniently never in the office. I cancelled my order today (10/6/23) and requested a full refund. I have yet to get confirmation of cancellation or a refund. All we want is our money back and to be done with this company. Please help us get a refund. Our order# ******

      I made a purchase for some training mats on 3/11/23. No where on the website did it state an estimated 12 week lead time. Only after calling to find out why my order hadn't shipped did I learn of the lead time for production. I'm okay with the 12 weeks as I worked in manufacturing and understand lead times as well as delays due to logistic and import issues. My problem is there was no update from the company without me calling several times. Each time I called there was a new excuse (delay in getting foam, vinyl machine broken, behind on other orders that mine hasn't even had materials ordered from the supplier, etc). I asked about cancelling part of the order to see if it would speed up the process. There was no clear answer. I was actually told to wait a couple more weeks and my order should begin fulfillment. I continued to give them the extra time they asked. It's now been over 6 months. I've called weekly as well as emailed Gerry the ******* ******* whom I'm told is handling my order now as well as the only person who can issue my refund. Most the time when I call no one answers. When I get an answer it's usually the same woman and I get the same answer, Gerry isn't available. I have her send me to his voicemail. I leave a message requesting an update on my refund. Additionally I follow up with an email. I have not received a response. I have not received my refund. I do believe this company is going bankrupt and they are just stealing from customers.
