      Since 9/5/25. POSTAL Xpress N More, iPostal has managed my mailbox horribly, lost mail, lost packages and tell me everything os ok now. IT is your responsibility to collect, hold and delivery my mail. I pay for thid servic de. Find my mail, stop telling me nonthing was deleivered, yes it was

      Hello

      I am responding to the complaint for ***** ******.

      Mr. ****** has been a very difficult customer and we have been working with him to ensure he understands that he must contact anyone that he is trying to send mail 

      He has been very disrespectful and has been trying to say we have been losing his mail. We have not received any mail. I need to send documents but they will not upload in the system. I will send it through email
