      We went to Postal Xpress to update our car registration as we have just moved to Howard County. We were met by Tymeek A**** and were treated royally with his excement customer manner and astute knowledge. He masterfully negotiated the internet and the in and outs of DMV filing.       I have been using Postal XPress N More for years! I used them for my wedding printing and have used them for work countless times. The staff is always smiling and ready to help and Donna is a super star! I have asked her for last minute things many times and she has never said no and always has them done promptly. I can’t say enough good things about this company, they won’t disappoint you!

      4 weeks ago used their service to express important mail via fedex Fedex repeatedly informed us that they have no record of our mail. They even denied claim as having no record of our mail in their possession. The owner Donna for this service claims to have no answer to this fiasco. She now not even come on phone or in person when her service is visited. They have misplaced out mail and need to be held accountable. If giving no star was an option than no star would have been given. We will never use their services again.

      I am sorry for your experience in the store. We certainly followed up with your package only to learn that it was lost in transit with FedEx! I'm sorry but we have no control over whether FedEx approves your claims. It has been unfortunate that the package was loss and again I apologize
