    I want to share my experience as a caution to others. This company uses *** for shipping, and the delivery process is incredibly slow. If you choose one of their seasonally themed options, there’s a high chance the boxes will arrive well after the season has passed, which defeats the purpose.
    The kits themselves are decent, and I initially considered leaving a positive review. However, the customer support is extremely disappointing. When I reached out for assistance with an issue, my inquiries went unanswered. This lack of responsiveness was frustrating and has completely soured my experience.
    Unfortunately, I would not order from them again, and I feel compelled to warn others about their poor customer service. It’s a shame, as the product had potential, but the support experience made it hard to recommend this company.

    I cannot say enough about the great customer service. I canceled my membership and had a question so I emailed them. They were very responsive and answered my question immediately. Extremely professional and friendly. I responded thanking them and said how much my grandchild had enjoyed his years of baking and that it really helped him with following directions and other skills. I got a really sweet email back. During the time he received the boxes we never had a problem. I highly recommend this company.
