    Ordered a transmission on Tue and was told it would ship on Fri - that part was fine. The employee that took my order confirmed that the repair shop and my address were NOT the same location. I was told it would arrive Wed or Thur of the next week - also fine as I live in Oklahoma and it was being shipped from Texas. So after not hearing anything, I called on Fri only to be told that it had been shipped to the wrong address & it was GUARANTEED to be there the next Tue or Wed. So on Wed afternoon I received a call from the delivery driver saying saying he was about to deliver it to the repair shop at MY HOUSE. I told him that wasn't the correct location, he said he couldn't deliver it to the CORRECT location without approval from his company - this was also fine. I called his company it seemed like a lot of trouble to have it changed, so I told to please deliver it to the WRONG address which was my house. So anyway, I had to leave work in the middle of the day, borrow a pickup and take it to the CORRECT location, the repair shop, 20 miles away in another town. Now they did take $100 off the original price. That was nice of them but I felt I deserved a little more since I had to wait a LOT OF EXTRA TIME. It has taken them about a MONTH to get back w/me to tell me if I am due any more compensation or not. They have graciously offered me $150 in store credit, but I told them that it was USELESS for me since I NEVER planned on ordering ANYTHING from them EVER AGAIN. is there a rating less that ONE STAR?

    I can't even rate this company. If I could it would negative 10 million. Been dealing with Hannah since November 6th. Was promised the part in 7 to 10 business days. First was told November 21st. Then I was told November 27th and now being told September 3rd. Said part was being shipped by xpo logistics. Was shipped on the 19th but still no damn part. Said it was coming from Ohio. I could have driven there and back several times from Arizona

    They will make you think you are getting good deal with financial aid but they give you run around for authentic paperwork and try to go to your refund date I Have been calling them for t free weeks now since I bought my engine from them day one it was I will send u paperwork and make sure u have everything you need they did send engine after several phone calls but thank GOD I sent to shop and they say shipment receipt I will keep yall posted on up dates unlike they do

    I really don't understand how this company is still running, it should be shut down, doesn't matter if Quality Auto Salvage is trying to solve customers' concerns, they really aren't. I have been trying to get an issue solved since 3/28/24 and it's already 7/3/24 and they have not solved my issue yet. They go back and forth with the lies, it's honestly pointless to write the whole story out since there is so much that they have lied about that I would need pages to put down the whole story. It's sad to see so many customers are getting *******.

    Let me tell you about these shysters!
    I got online to a nationwide used auto parts hub; I leave in Olympia Washington and received a phone call from (Quality Auto Salvage) a Steve ****** took my order. The order consisted of a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo sport 4 door 4.7L engine with federal emissions wiring harness. In conversation he assured me he had the right engine harness and that his mechanics would pull the harness and test it for any issues. A week later Steve called with the tracking number. The harness arrived from *** a week and a half later. The *** driver made me sign for it and after signing I opened the box with the *** driver watching. The harness I pulled out of the box was for a 4.0L inline 6 engine not a 4.7L V-8 engine I put the harness back in the box and told the *** drive I was not accepting it and to send it back to Quality Auto Salvage. I have been trying for a few days now to contact anybody at Quality even sent an email to get my $299.25 dollars back. I've had no luck with those people at all. I now my Credit Union involved with the dispute process. I hate to say this but if I ever purchase used parts online again it won't be with someone with an Arab accent.

    Horrible, horrible, horrible company! How are they allowed to still be in business? I am out 1750 for a defective motor that was sent. I paid extra for a one-year warranty. I have been calling them for 3 months now trying to get a refund. Hannah, conrad, chris, David are all of the workers there that have promised me I will get my money back. As soon as I gave them everything they needed and continued to reach out for a status update they now ignore my calls. I call every other day, text, and leave messages but they never follow up. I have still been holding out hoping I will get my money back. There is no customer service in the world that is worse than these people. They are horrible people.

    BEWARE!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
    They will deceive you with promises of sending you the parts that you need, and they are not even a salvage yard, they are brokers. They don't do anything for you that you can't do yourself. I ordered a part from them and they promised to send a photo of the part for my approval before the part shipped, I received no photo and the part I received was in worst shape than the part I was replacing. When I called numerous times and sent pictures of the damaged part they would not answer my calls, they will put you on hold and hang up. So, deal with them at your own risk.
    I paid 550.00 for a damaged part and they refunded 100.00
    Fraudsters and scammers.

    DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER!!!
    You will be bombarded with multiple calls and texts each and everyday until their system chooses to stop calling your number. I was looking for a bumper for a work truck and used my personal cell number...the calls just do not stop...and they are definitely NOT from a call center in the United States!!!! I have also have responded STOP to the texts, but they just come from other numbers!!! I have blocked them as of 3 hours ago---lets see how many moree will get through.
    DO not call the 800 numbers if you are looking for a used auto part.

    order a motor gave deposit 200,.00 on a credit card and a balance of 1800 they want it me to deposit on to their personal bank account before shipping out the motor to me ... sound like a scam to me .

    after ordering a part for a 2009 saturn was told part would be arrive in 5 to 7 business days, i have already received email reporting a shipping. problem. sounds very similar to most of the complaints,should contact my credit card company at 10 days .
