    ****** decided to ban me from **** live bidding and chat because I returned 2 items/1 lot because the coins weren't up to what was shown. I've spent a decent amount of money with ***** and it's ridiculous to ban me because of 1 return. Here's what ****** said in a **** contact seller response,

    "Upon review of your returns history with us, we wanted to express that were sorry you continue to be disappointed by our items. we have decided that its best that we do not continue a business relationship to avoid further disappointment. thank you for the business we've had.

    The buyer has left out that we had advised them prior to purchasing that the items purchased during our **** Live events we do not accept returns for. The buyer then threatened us with negative feedback in order to coerce us into accepting the return. We exercised our right as **** sellers to add this buyer to our blocked bidder list for violating **** policies. The buyer then continued to harass under threat of retaliation if we did not unblock them.

    I am rejecting this response because: **(a ******** host for *****) allowed multiple people to cancel their purchase made on the live show due to a bidding error or they didn't like the coin after researching it. A $5.00 refund on a $60 order is unacceptable. Especially when it was not disclosed or shown that both rolls of colorized state quarters had chips/missing paint. Deception is not acceptable, especially when it comes to coins/precious metals. Once I received the order, I inspected them and I found that approximately 90% of both rolls had chips/missing paint. I have spent well over $1,000 with ***** in a few short weeks and I never complained or returned a single item until the two rolls of colorized state quarters. I should not be banned because of this. I like ***** (especially **, he's a great host/seller/employee for *****) just not the way ****** chose to handle my one and only return.

    M Barr Coins does business in Frederick, MD through a brick & mortar business as well as through online sales from their store and on the **** platform. I interact with them online and through ****.
    They recently listed items as being made of silver but the item is made of stainless steel. They have more than 70 posts of the exact item listed and described the items as being made of silver each time. I notified them on 6/12/2024 that they were incorrect and needed to edit the listing or remove it.
    In the interim leading up to the time of this report, they never changed the listings or removed them and even posted more fraudulent listings. I say these are fraudulent at this point because they were informed of their error on several occasions from myself and another buyer on the platform and they admitted in correspondence that they had made a mistake but did nothing to fix their wrong.
    I have all of the correspondence that occurred between myself and M Barr Coins as well as the correspondence between them and the other buyer that was mentioned previously.
    Ultimately, I want them to do the right thing though that seems unlikely.

    The buyer's claim that we operate with a brick and mortar location is false, we sell exclusively online, primarily on ****. In the buyer's own document provided as evidence, you can see that we acknowledged the mistake and were working to correct it. In the buyer's own words, there were "a bunch of these" which unfortunately takes time to correct. Certain denominations and dates of this coin vary in metal composition, which need to be individually reviewed to ensure are correctly listed and if not, fixed.
