    I have recently been purchasing coins related to my new hobby through numerous companies. All of my purchases were reasonably priced and the shipping and packaging have been second to none.     Caveat Emptor! (Buyer Beware)...
    Bought many hundreds of dollars and thought they we reputable dealer. Well guess otherwise, all you have to do is write a "Single" negative review and then they ban you for life. Caveat Emptor! (Buyer Beware)...guess customers are Never Right?

    Customer service refuses to allow contact with store manager, or owner. I believe he is afraid I will show them his arrogance and demeaning passive aggressive wordage he used towards me after I continued to ask that on my recent order that they can assure it gets shipped out by the 3rd day after ordering.
    After a few copy and pasted responses he began to get aggressive with me with personal responses. All I was asking was to please make sure my order was shipped by the 3rd day as promised because the weekend was coming up and I can't afford to wait 6 days before they ship it out.
    I do not and cannot understand why that subject became a multiple response and multiple day messaging experience that is equivalent to pulling teeth.
    Andrew (whose name we see in other complaints here) let me know that I am not allowed to speak to his boss or anyone above him.
    So I have no recourse to place a complaint about his sarcasm when I said my last shipment took 9 days.
    In clearer words, he ignored my simple plea of "please ship when you say you will" and not take 6 full shipping days to him refusing to hear me say that my previous purchase took a total of 9 days (yes it was a holiday, fine, but package went out in 3 days, that was not the issue) the issue is it took 6 days: from the 3rd to the 9th and he completely ignored what I had said and again used passive aggressive wording to act superior, aggressive and demeaning.
    That is when I requested to speak to a ceo or supervisor and contacts. He said they don't take complaints over the phone because it's not recorded and that he was the final say so.
    I disagree, BBB, Google reviews, eBay feedback, Facebook, linked in, X, instagram, yelp and other reviews are the final say so as this last purchase was $276 and for our budget, that's a lot!
    Andrew is very good with underlying words as he's very clever using them defensively as you can see with all complaints, and never takes any responsibility. I truly expect no less here:

    I have bought many silver coins and rounds from M Barr over the past 6 months. They have all arrived fast and packed well. I have bought main constitutional silver which was circulated so I have been happy with the product. I have also bought some holiday rounds which were in condition advertised and matched the pictures.

    You contacted us in February regarding this issue, stating you did not receive the correct number of coins in three rolls of 20 coins purchased (total 60), indicating you were missing 2 from each for a total of 6. We offered a partial refund for the missing value in coins and you agreed to and accepted that resolution.

    I've had a horrible experience with these people they are extremely unprofessional. I purchased a roll of 1964 BU silver half dollars on eBay with them when I got the coins in. They all were circulated coins that were in horrible condition, and they sent me one 1968. I felt like I've been scammed. When I contacted the supervisor for the company he was not willing to compensate me $40. I would not have purchased them if I knew they were circulated coins. I would have done a full refund, but I've already given these to my son for his birthday and he lives four hours away from me with his mother. What they did was theft by deception, they deceive me and now they're trying to get away with it. Please do not do business with these people.

    We're not entirely sure why you sent them to your son if they were not the condition you were interested in before reaching out to us to resolve. We did try to work with your on a partial refund amount, but could not offer the amount you requested. We also offered to accept a return on our dime to send the order back for a 100% refund.
