      I'd give them zero stars if I could.
      I placed an order about $6,000 on Monument Metals' website a couple of days ago, which was fully paid for via an e-check verified through Plaid. I requested that the order be shipped to my personal depository with SD Bullion. However, the following day, I was informed over the phone that Monument Metals could not fulfill my request to ship to the depository address. Shortly thereafter, I received an email stating that my order had been canceled, and my account suspended due to suspected money laundering.
      To clarify:
      1. The payment was made from my personal checking account, which was verified through Plaid.
      2. My SD Bullion depository has a legitimate and valid address.
      3. Both my checking account and depository are registered under my name.
      All of this information can be easily verified. There is no legitimate reason for Monument Metals to cancel my order or suspend my account. Their failure to properly verify straightforward information reflects clear incompetence on their part. Their so-called security measures are a joke, and the entire process was a complete waste of my time, as it’s obvious they don't know how to implement them properly.

      I ordered two separate orders of a total around about $300 dollars and honestly, I'm fairly impressed with the quality of the merchandise they sell and prompt delivery in which I received them. I've ping tested all of my products and some other tests and passed too, so I would 10/10 recommend to anyone just getting into either collecting or stacking. Thanks for being one of the honest ones.

      Wish I could put zero stars. My check was lost in the mail. I was sent notice they didnt receive the check. So I got in contact with them to try to get payment to them. I was told I needed to get the money wired within a couple hours or my order would be canceled. Wasnt able to get money wired thru that quickly from the bank. So they canceled my order. Customer service at its worst. Apparently a $3k order wasnt very important to them. Very poor business to work with.

      I'm sorry you weren't pleased with your experience with us. We typically allow check orders up to 10 calendar days to receive payment. We allowed more than that for the checks to arrive and then offered a separate payment option with up to 2 additional business days to complete. I'm sorry that was not enough time to complete the transaction for you. We will work on that on our end. Thank you!

      A very satisfied returning customer here. Fast delivery after they cleared your echeck. I bought Britannias, Kangaroos, and Maples 1 oz. silver coin. Their prices are the lowest compared to the other sites. That's probably why they have some limited supply.

      The other day I wrote a not so pleasant review for Monument Metals but after speaking with their amazing customer service department they were able resolve the situation. They actually replaced the product that was lost by the USPS at not cost to me which I thought was a classy and very unexpected gesture. I understand that things happen but they went above and beyond and I really appreciated it. After seeing how they resolved my particular issue, I will definitely be purchasing more products in the near future and so should you. If you EVER have a issue, I highly suggest you reach out to their customer service department. That being said, give Monument Metals a try for all your needs in the precious metal world.

      Stay away from company. They don’t always have in stock what they say they do. I bought 3 rolls of Mercury Dimes and almost 2 weeks went by before I reached out to see where my order was. They said they had a late deposit or something and would ship out the following Friday which ended up being the next Tuesday. This isn’t the first time I’ve had shipping and processing issues with this dumpster fire or a company. Do yourself a favor and buy from ** *******, **** ******* or ******* **** even if it’s a couple bucks more…it’s worth it not to deal with the aggravation with these clowns. I’m about to buy 5x American Gold Buffalo’a and guess who it won’t be with? Absolute joke of company and proceed with caution.

      Ordered some silver coins the 1st week of Feb and received them on the 24th. I ordered by echeck, which by their policy takes a little longer in order for the check to clear. I believe this policy is reasonable since I'm a first time customer. Also, I'm very pleased with the order and in the future I'll be doing further business with them.

      These folks are amazing. USPS employee cut my silver out of the package, monument metals investigated and had a reshipment out in 3 days. I cant say enough about this company!
