i am the client paying for ACCCS services..well i received a letter from a creditor wishing to get my account done, and offered a settlement 75% off the amount due, leaving a balance of $150. sent it in 3 weeks ago telling them to pay it..to this date 02-19-2025 they have not paid it..Now they have pulled that offer to me and now i owe the full amount. ACCCS DOES NOT LISTEN TO THEIR CLIENTS..They just do what they want to do. i called again last week and was told they would get back to me, and nothing yet!!! I am paying them a 27% fee on each creditor they settle, but they do not take the interest of their client in mind..everyone says don't worry they got this, well i beg to differ. they are NO better then the creditors.American Credit Card Solutions

I was promised that by the end of a 6 month period if my accounts wasn’t settled I had the opportunity to get a refund or either a loan that would pay off the debt while still paying the $530.00 a month that I was paying them for at least 7 months I ask the agent can I get a refund and she told me no I paid at least $3,710.00 and none of the accounts ever changed they kept calling my phone asking for more money and threatening me with letters of enforcement all I wanted was my credit clear so I can provide for my family now I’m in a worse predicament with my checks being garnished and also out of 3,000 dollars please ???? do not go to these people for help!!!American Credit Card Solutions

Pete explained very well what the company does and how it works. I asked A LOT of questions because I have never used this type of service before. I'm still a little skeptical lol. Signed up with them early December 2023, they have only settled one of my accounts!!!
I pay them $234.96 every month to only have one of my account’s taken care of!!
Every time I try to log into my account I constantly get an error message.
BBB should monitor this kind of company more. And this company should be held accountable for its actions and the way they are doing their clients. From ready the other comments they are treating all their customers the same way!!!!American Credit Card Solutions

Do yourself a favor, find another way to manage your debt and consolidate your credit cards rather than ACCS. I have been dealing with this company since December 2021 and while they have settled SOME of my debts, there are STILL 6 companies left there has been no movement with. Most recently, there was a larger issue of ACCS not paying particular companies and paying other ones. One of those debts turned into a legal matter and ACCS paid the law firm ONE time in a matter of months and said it was because they rely on on-time payments etc (I was making payments for the month and OK so maybe the payment wasn't on my due date but the payment was made for the month and looking at my payment history they would send payments around the 25th of the month. to the creditors, so where was my money going? NOW this is a much bigger issue I am dealing with myself honestly because having them help was NOT helpful, clearly! Everytime you call you speak to someone it seems in another country (which was never the case in the beginning), and it's never the same answer you get from someone. I don't need another court summons and sheriff showing up at my house because of the 6 open accounts I have that they have yet to do anything with! Unfortunately, I am in far too deep now and just want the other 6 accounts somewhat settled so I can move on from this nightmarish company!American Credit Card Solutions

Call the creditors yourself and they can change terms of loans or for credit cards. I got into this program and stayed in for 4 months and they did absolutely nothing beside getting me sued and telling me there is nothing they can do but pay loan in full at $2000. I called company suing me and they said accs had not contacted them even though I told accs 4 times about the problem. The company ended up working payment with me and I fired accs same day. I was paying $157 twice a month and Accs was keeping $157 a month and only using $87 towards paying 1 creditor and never contacted any of the other 10 creditors in 4 months. My credit is shot now. Wish I never started program and just called my creditors and negotiated myself so far they have all been sympathetic to my situation and all have worked with me. If there is a creditor that won't settle your debt you will be responsible for it yourself and by time you find out you will be 4 months behind already. I found out by a sheriff showing up at my house with a summons for court. Please try calling creditors yourself before doing these kind of programs. Unfortunately one of your creditors was very aggressive in their collection efforts and attempted to pursue legal action. We spoke to the lender and we were able to arrange a payment plan to avoid this. We are confident that if given the opportunity, we would have settled your remaining debt over the contractual term of the 36-month plan we agreed upon. 2 starsI originally called them after reading possible financing for 10% APR and thought it was worth a try to get a lower refinancing of my debt. Instead, after talking with a salesman for a while, I was under the impression my credit card debt would be reduced starting in a few months, like 3 or 4. Instead, it is over 6 months and my credit card debt hasn't gone down even a dollar --- is same as when started on program. Also, I was told my credit score wouldn't go down by much. It has changed negatively from over 670 to near 500. I regret starting on the program and wish I could go back in time and just hang up on the salesman as soon as I heard what sounded suspitiously like BS and outright lies. But he had a convincing voice and got me to try it. Never again -- fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Maybe some people have no other choice but I was satisfied with my progress before on my payments and credit score -- I just wanted to improve/lower the interest I was paying. Some of my current creditors have lowered my credit line due to a lower credit rating near 500 now. It may go lower -- what a nightmare.Review fromJoann M
