I signed up today with ACCS. Dan R******** was my agent. He was great in getting me signed up and explaining everything and calming my nerves. I will see how this goes, but so far I have great hope for a light at the end of the tunnel.American Credit Card Solutions

My Name is Eunice T*****. I believe that in 2018 maybe Al little before I made an agreement with them to settle all my accounts. I made payments over two years and then I found out I had Cancer and had two heart attacks could not keep paying $200 a month . I infirm them that I was sick and could not pay . One off the accounts that was in the settlement was ****** bank / surge in which I owed maybe $700 now I’m being taken to court to pay $1937 fees and other cost they said they never got a payment . I need for them to be responsible for some of these fees being I was told out of my payments some of it would go towards all my accounts . Please help me with this matter . For one year, you made your monthly program payments continuously, and we were able to settle five of the fourteen accounts you enrolled. However, you lowered your monthly payment amount and eventually stopped paying altogether. It's understandable given your circumstances, but consistent payments are necessary to complete the program and settle your debts in their entirety. Your monthly payments are used to fund your settlements, so we cannot fully resolve your debts without them. Matthew G was very patient, professional and very good at his work. He explained everything to me upfront and then worked with me to add other debts including my hospital bills. After sending me the proposal we agreed that it was good and then we talked on the phone to get things started.
