      Porch Swing / ***** ***** is truly one of the nicest, most professional & knowledgeable person I know. He's kind to all he meets & is a fabulous listener.I asked ***** how I might have the most optimal exit on a non-performing note I had for several years, as it sort of went sideways, and I wanted to know best way to tackle it, making sure everyone walks away content.
