      I tried for months to get a fair offer on my note before finding Porch Swing. Not only did Porch Swing give me the best deal, but the process was so easy. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out again, and likely wouldn't even field other offers because the service and process was so seamless. I hope I have a chance to sell another note just because the process was so easy and straightforward. Communication was great, and the care and time taken to make sure I understood the process felt like working with an old friend. Thank you!

      We contacted Porch Swing about selling a property note in February 2023 and decided it was not for **. However, by *** 2023, our situation had changed and we decided to move forward. ***** had no problem picking up where we had left off, and gave us realistic timelines and expectations. He presented two different options and helped us decide which one worked for us. All the while he was very patient and professional. I would not hesitate to use this service again if the need arose.

      I inquired about a transaction on 3/7 about a complicated contract. My advisor was extremely caring and helpful, even when I told him I had contacted two other agencies. Once the decision was made to go forward with Porch Swing, the process went very smoothly in the span of less than ****************************************** assured and updated regularly. I was expecting the paper trail to move by mule train, but I can honestly say I was surprised that my contract was purchased and a check in hand, at the agreed price, in such a timely manner. Porch Swing was the best choice.

      My experience working with Porch Swing Funding and ***** ***** couldn't have been better! *****'s ability to both explain and help navigate the process of selling a note was better than any other company we spoke to. He went above and beyond in a number of ways, not just for us as sellers, but for all parties involved (from the title company to the vendees) in the transaction.
