      I ordered 10 windows. I got my windows installed. During my install they broke my granite window seals and chipped alot of my paint so I had to take off more time for them to come back and fix/replace the window seals. Then my windows did not lock because when you close them the top would fall. I had the service come out multiple times more time off work (had to use vacation days). The service guy come out take off the protective cover off of the insides of my top windows (only some of them) told me that the windows will have to " work themselves out of this issue to call back after having them for a year". I called 2 years later because all of my windows do this now only to be told I have to pay $150 service fee for someone to simply come out to assess my windows. This was never relayed to me no wonder the service man told me to call after having these things for over a year. I have had nothing but trouble with my windows not opening, not locking, top falling. I called for service again and it took over 2 months for them to get back with me to tell me I had to pay a fee for someone to simply come out to assess my windows. These windows are worse than the ones' I replaced and they were 20+ years old. These new ones are 3 years old. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

      I was sold windows and told I could push out my install date since I was going on vacation. Now I'm being told I have to pay $150 / week to push out my install? That is not a good customer experience. All I wanted was this to be pushed out two more weeks while I was out of town.

      Factory custom build was top quality , not known in todays world. No pressure to buy at presentation. Date of install on time and work was done by craftsmen Window Nation can be proud to have. Install was fast but thorough and clean up was better than we expected. Very happy , also, with the exterior wrap install. Now our 2 year old heat pump / furnace won't be doing over time work. Kudos to Window Nation 100 %.

      I would like to thank you for a great job !! The experience was great from the estimation to the final installment of the windows. There was a delay waiting for a permit but I was informed on the progress of getting the permit. Overall I had a great experience with window nation my windows looks beautiful and I love the compliments I have received on the look of my home . Thanks again Window nation

      STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! No integrity Started the project and we had issues day one with all the windows besides one solid no moving window. It took 7 months and me communicating and following up contestants to get them to keep repairing the new windows. Offered me thousands of dollars for the issues and then never followed through with it. I am seeking legal council and will move forward with legal action with this company for the first time in my life. They just keep inventing new ways to drag out this horrific experience, I am at the point will I will never pay them anymore money ever......

      On 3/29/25 I had a representative give me an estimate to have my windows replaced and gave her a down payment for the initiation. Within 3 business days, I decided to not go forward and requested a refund of my deposit. I have made the request with several other associates and was told they would take care of it but have seen no results or responses yet on 6/19/25.

      We contracted with Window Nation for over 40 windows, in June of 2024, a very expensive job. At our install at the end of September of 2024, the installers told us that two of our bedroom windows were not functional; the following week we failed our village inspection due to other windows being 'sticky'.
      It took over SIX MONTHS for our windows to be repaired. It took from the install until the middle of February, before parts were even ordered to fix the two windows, and then they WEREN'T the right parts. On three separate occasions, someone was sent to my home to measure the broken windows, even though they were the same windows they installed and measured prior to and after the failed install.
      I was escalated to many managers in the company who apologized and promised to rectify the situation. After the initial phone call by each, I never saw any effort from them to rectify the situation; no follow-up phone calls, checks on progress, etc. When things were finally fixed, the Manager-Branch Installation told me that my work was considered warrantee work and given we hadn't yet paid in full, they had only fixed them in good faith, to ensure a good customer experience. I wasn't going to pay my final payment, when the install wasn't complete (I was even advised of that by my salesman); how could windows that wouldn't open on install ever be considered warrantee work versus completing the job they were hired to do?
      Window Nation had so many opportunities to make this right, yet they failed. Their customer service should be reviewed and focus made on mass improvements. I would never, in good conscience, recommend them to another consumer.

      this company no showed on an appointment I scheduled with them. on multiple calls to get this appointment the major concern was if my spouse would be there. the last call was even more concentrated on this and the person would not listen to me an kept talking over me to the point I said I asked for an appointment to get a quote not a lesson in poor sale practices. I said I would be home for the scheduled appointment you can decide if you want to show up or not. I guess in these times they do not need more business.

      We highly recommend Window Nation. The product is great and the whole project went smoothly. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. We received excellent service from sales personnel to installation crew.

      My brother had his whole house done by Window Nation 3 years ago and had a great experience. He referred me and I had two patio doors installed. The service, the notifications, getting permits were all done by Window Nation. The installers were respectful, professional, did a wonderful job and cleaned up before they left. I had a very good experience and recommend them, will be calling them for my windows next year! Very happy with the whole process.
