Great sales person that was knowledgeable and not pushy. Windows were quoted a 12 week delivery date but windows came in early in were installed in 10 weeks. The crew was incredible, always in motion and the results were outstanding. Everything was spotless when they left so I have nothing but good things to say!!Window Nation, LLC

Buyer beware!!! July of 2021 we had 11 windows replaced and ALL 7 windows on our first floor was not caulked correctly. My husband and I noticed when it started getting cold outside how cold it was inside. We checked all the windows and found cold air coming through all the windows on the first floor. My husband called customer service and someone came out towards the end of January 2022. He found all the windows were not caulked/sealed correctly, and stated he did not have the parts to fix. Apparently, the order was placed, however my husband reached out multiple times just to be told it has not come in as yet. I then called multiple times after to ask what is the issue with getting what is needed to fix these non caulked windows? I have also asked for compensation or an adjustment to cost for windows and NO one has called us back. These are suppose to be energy efficient windows and it is FAR from it (our 1977 windows did a better job). Our winter electric bills was insane (my home is all electric), and with the summer being so hot, the same applies. Our money is literally going out the window. We are not asking for remade windows but what is needed to fix the issue. Window Nation had no problem with taking our money, but have a huge problem with timely delivery of fixing these issues. I feel deceived and honestly wished we never had any interaction with this company. How can you take peoples hard earned money, and leave us in this situation? Honestly, if I had the funds, I would just replace all these windows with a more reputable and honest company just not to deal with Window Nation ever again!!Window Nation, LLC

Hello Racquel, we are deeply saddened to hear that you feel this way. We have located your account, and per our records, it appears that the service department attempted to reach out multiple times to schedule your follow-up service after receiving the parts, but they weren't able to get in contact with you. When you called in on 6/29 regarding the lengthy delay in completing your service, the representative asked you at that time if you had any other numbers we could provide to the service department so they could call you to schedule. You refused, stating that we have enough contact information. If you would like to continue your service request, we ask that you please reach out to us at 866-217-9582 and provide us with an alternate number for our service department to reach you at. We will also attempt to reach back out again as well. Thank you for your patience and understanding in the interim while we work to resolve this for you.Racquel J

On my last call on 6/29, I was told there was a follow up message sent to my husband. My husband received a TEXT at 9:10am informing "I have the frame extenders in at this point, but I was told by the manufacturer that the windows in your order do not normally come with balance covers. I did, however, request that they send the colors that we need, that way if they can be used, th technician will have them on hand.".
The last email received was 1/27/22 regarding your "corona virus preparation " but nothing regarding our window update.
As far as me "refusing" to provide any further contact information is by far misleading. I gave the representative my email address and informed when emailing my husband to send to both address. I was asked if any additional numbers and I informed my husband number is sufficient as there are now 2 email on file.
My husband has NOT received any follow up calls, text, nor email since 6/29/22. I do not accept this response as your company did NOT reach out beyond 6/29.Racquel J

My husband called the service center on 8/8/22 and was told they tried calling him multiple times.. He informed he did not receive any calls, text, or email. The representative double checked and informed it was on outside company who tried to get in contact tact with Window Nation and it is you all who are not returning their calls. Accountability is a great thing. Way to go for blaming your customer.Review fromBryce L

I recently had 12 windows installed in November 2021. I was told they do one room at at time because my concern was I am have this project done in the fall. All my windows windows were taking out on the second floor and they were starting on the first and none of the windows were fitted correctly I called Window Nation to question the two inch gap at the top of the window. They let the contractor finish the install then they go to ********* to get shims. The windows looks a lot better shims was installed. The caulking was unsatisfactory two windows he paper in the caulk and two the caulking was smeared. I felt air coming through windows they sent a service tech to resolve issues. He made video of my concern on his iPad where you could air coming in window. My the living room window trim wasn't caulked correctly. The tech was unprofessional suggesting I could handle the cost of the project and if I kept complaining I could possibly get money taken off. The manager(Mitchell) came to my home because my capping was brown originally now it's white I asked him and the be changed we matched it the best we could. My air conditioner doesn't fit in my window anymore so I called to see if they could help I have called several times and no has called back. I was told who told me that and project manager(Amy) she would escalate the matter. I have calling since the end of May. I understand about supply chain problem but I still should have gotten an update and either if they can assist with getting the air conditioner in the window or that's not covered it would have been fine I was asking what could be done. Not one callback. Their customer service needs improvement A warranty is nothing if customer service is not responding to your needs. I have one window in my master bedroom the stiff and three windows where the top window slides down a little so I have push it up to lock the window. I purchased the premium windows. I wouldn't use or recommend Window Nation to anyoneWindow Nation, LLC

Let me preface my remarks by saying, I should have started here first! My sales experience with Window Nation was not a good one. The gentlemen I met with were nice but, I'm not into pressure sales and that's what they tried. Even to the point of mentioning that "he's not here to pressure me into buying". I asked for estimates for their 3 qualities of windows but, the inside sales guy only sent me one "estimate" for their lowest grade window. I feel like there is something shady about how they price their windows because they didn't break it down by cost per window and labor/installation. Seems as though they were pulling numbers out of thin air. My opinion, don't waste your time having them come out to quote your job.Window Nation, LLC

Had salesperson from Window Nation come to give us a quote to replace some windows in our house. We told him that he was the first of three we were meeting with to get quotes. He was here for over 4 hours. He told us that he would take our information so that if we decided to go with Window Nation he would have everything he needed to run a credit check. (Mistake on our part to give him the information). Secondly he stated that in order to get the price he quoted we would need to give him a deposit that evening. We gave him a small deposit. (Second mistake on our part). After he received the check he told us we were approved for financing. He put the credit information through as we were speaking and he was told many times that we were meeting with reps from 2 other window companies. By putting the credit through lowered our credit score as well. He totally disregarded our concerns and wishes to not put through anything because we were looking around and then deciding on a company. Two days later after meeting with the other 2 companies we decided not to go with Window Nations and notified them with a phone call and email of our decision that we were canceling our agreement. Upon speaking with the office manager she said that our check would be destroyed. But that was a lie as well. We went to our bank and stopped payment. After canceling, the salesperson contacted us very upset that we were backing out and he said he did not have the power to cancel, we reminded him that we had 3 days to cancel our agreement and this was the second day. Just saw on bank statement that the company deposited our check but our bank didn't pay. This company is not trustworthy, just beware of their selling tactics.Window Nation, LLC

Do not purchase windows from Window Nation. The quality is so bad. The windows don't line up or seal correctly. Their customer service is a mess. I wish I was able to post pictures of the windows they installed.Window Nation, LLC
