    We had a subscription (#******) with RestoraPet back in 2020 but ended the subscription when our pet passed away. All of a sudden, we have SEVEN orders between Feb 25, 2025 and April 20 and it shows more scheduled. I've emailed thru their Contact Us page and tried calling--it rings and then says the person is unavailable and doesnt have voicemail. Orders for $29.95 each as follows:Feb 25, 2025 #****** March 13, 2025 #****** March 24, 2025 #****** April 6, 2025 #****** April 11, 2025 #****** April 18, 2025 #****** April 20, 2025 #****** We did not authorize any of these orders and, even at that, our subscription was supposed to be MONTHLY, not 4 times a month! I cant delete my account, the payment attached or the subscription and I cant reach anyone from the company to do so for me either.

    I had two subscriptions with this company from *********. When my dog passed away, I cancelled both subscriptions. In March 2025, charges began recurring on my credit card statement. I did not provide this company with updated credit card information, nor did I update my address.I have sent numerous emails to ******************************* with no response. I have called dozens of times to ************ and get "the person you are trying to reach is unavailable and does not have voicemail set up." I've messaged then on social media with NO response.I want the charges to stop immediately and the fraudulent charges to be reimbursed. Screen shots of the charges are attached.

    I had canceled my subscription through email with this company in January 2021, as my dog had died, and I no longer needed the product.However, on March 2, 2025, we began receiving charges from this company again; the charges were also made on March 14 and 24, and April 7. We also have a pending charge as of April 11, 2025.I received only one shipping confirmation email from these charges (the March 2 order) and received one package of the product.I have emailed and called RestoraPet but received no response.

    Restorapet has charged me $29.94 on 3 occasions, 3/3/2025, 3/14/2025 and 3/24/2025 for products that I did not order. I have tried to contact them numerous times. Their phone number does not get answered by a person nor do they allow you to leave a message, I have sent them numerous e-mails without any answer. I've had to cancel my credit card so that they would stop charging me. They are not a reputable company and I have no idea what to do next to get my money back

    In late 2022, as an effort to ease the everyday life of an elderly German Shepherd, I started a subscription with RestoraPet for ******* to use as a food additive. Shortly thereafter (late February 2022) the *** unfortunately passed and I no longer needed the subscription. I attempted to cancel via the website only to find out that there simply was not a cancel button. I tried to change the frequency of the subscription (maybe frequency could be changed to "never"), but that brought up an error page. As a last resort I tried to delete my saved credit card, which failed because it was associated with an active subscription. I contacted customer support on 3/1/2023 letting them know of my desire to cancel and all of the above issues and received a response on 3/2/2023 that the subscription had been cancelled.A few weeks ago the subscription started up again without any action on my part. I have since been charged twice. I have contacted customer support with no response. I have tried to call and received no answer. As you will note in the screenshots, the "next bill date" is in 2093 yet I continue to be billed. There is still no way to cancel a subscription and the button to change subscription frequency is still broken. This is in clear violation of the ***'s "click to cancel" requirement and is gross negligence on the part of the ****************** has handled refunds via me disputing the charge, however I would really like to not have to put myself or ***** through this again as neither of us are responsible. It should be up to RestoraPet to fix the underlying issues as opposed to the victim(s) continually treating the symptoms.

    February 25, 2025 - order ****** - CC was charged $29.95, I did not authorize this at all and no product was delivered. March 13, 2025 - order ****** - CC was charged $29.95, I did not authorize this at all - Product was delivered. March 24, 2025 - order ****** - CC was charged $29.95, I did not authorize this at all - no product was delivered. I had a subscription with this company in September of 2021, but I cancelled the subscription as I no longer needed the product, my dog had passed away. Out of the blue, my card was charged 3 times almost 4 years later with absolutely NO authorization by me whatsoever. I have called the company many many times with no answer or answering machine. I have emailed them many time with no response whatsoever. I would like a full refund for the 3 full orders of $29.95 each (total $89.85) that I did not order. Out of these 3 orders, I only received the product once. The business has absolutely not tried to resolve this at all. There has been zero communication on their part. This is fraud. I did not consent to a new subscription. They have stolen my money.

    Last year I cancelled an auto subscription with Restorapet around June 20th. I spoke directly with customer service and have emails proving this. This year I have been charged twice more, once on Feb 11 and once on March 12 for the same recurring subscription charge ($69.95). The company is no longer answering their customer service phone number, voicemail is disabled, and they also are not responding to my emails.

    I canceled my subscription on 2021. I got charged recently twice $29.95. I was charged on March 3, 2025 and again on March 14, 2025. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company without response. ******* is working to contact the company as well without response

    Restorapet has started charging my credit card again for last 2 months for a subscription I ended long ago. They have also been charging my husband who had also ended a subscription, and overcharged him during the subscription. They had promised him a resolution in it which never came to fruition. Their phone number says person is not available and there is no VM, so basically they dont take phone calls and dont return email.

    I started a subscription with Restorapet around July 2023, for a combo pack of their hemp oil for my dog, using my debit card. This combo pack consisted of an a.m. formula and a p.m. formula for $69.95. I would usually get this every 3 weeks, and I would get an email informing me of the shipment. In October 2024, I noticed on my **** statement that I was billed 4 times, twice on the same day while only receiving 2 combo packs. I emailed the company about this, and they worked with me and apologized for the mess up with their billing and shipping, and assured me they were working on getting everything corrected. They sent me 3 combo packs at no charge even though I was only due 2. I received this at the beginning of November. Once again, I found that I was billed twice in November for $69.95. I feel that I should have paid for one of the combo packs I received in early November, but not a second time in November. I have received NOTHING from this company since the 3 combo packs in early November. They quit communicating with me around this same time. In January 2025, I ordered this formula from ****** where I have an active account, but not as a combo pack. I paid ****** about $95.00 for this on January 15, 2025. On my January **** statement, I found that Restorapet had billed me $29.95 on January 15, 2025, but I received no product nor communication from them. In checking my **** account, ********************** billed me two more times by February 13, 2025, for $29.95 each time. I immediately went to my credit union and ordered a new debit it card with different numbers and filed a dispute for the 3 charges of $29.95, which takes a little time to resolve. Once again, on March 6, I was billed again for $29.95. I have sent emails and tried calling their telephone with no answers. I want this company to STOP billing me, and I want a refund of $189.75. Thank you for your help in this matter.
