    Same issues as the other reviewers. I haven't ordered in 3 years and suddenly they've charged me twice. Phone number does not work. No reply for emails.

    My dog died almost three years ago. I had a Restorapet subscription through 2022, when I cancelled it via email. They acknowledged the cancellation. On Feb 11, 2025, Restorapet randomly charged me roughly $70... I dont have a dog anymore, and definitely did not buy this. I tried calling them, but their number is not in service. I tried emailing them both on the original cancellation thread and in a new message, and they've not responded. I've tried contacting them on Instagram (which they last posted on in August 2025) and they're nonresponsive. They tried to charge me AGAIN in April 2025. I've flagged both charges as fraud with ****************. I will now post this everywhere I can. Do not trust them with your payment info.

    I had the exact same experience as reviewer ****** *. I last ordered this product in January of 2021. Fast forward to today, 04/22/25 and a shipment from them shows up. I logged in to my old account and it shows four other transactions by this company which were NOT authorized by me. I emailed the company and have yet to receive a response. I tried calling the number and it rings until a message plays saying the user doesnt have voicemail then goes to a busy tone. My next step is contacting my bank. Such a scam and hassle after over four years of not using this company!!

    The product alone is amazing, BUT recently I've been charged and have not been shipped the product ... I can see that it's being sold on chewy but for $10 more. I've email, called and reached out to their social media .... no response. I don't know what's going on with this companie .

    Same issue. Ordered in 2020 once. Now theyre charging me ***** every two weeks. Cannot get them to answer phone or email.

    I ordered this product five years ago for our elderly dog who died three years ago. Two days ago I received a box with an order of restorapet. I checked my credit card statement and I was charged twice on this statement for their product which I never ordered. when I called the credit card company they told me I was also charged on the next statement. Restorapet charged me $69.95 three times in a month and a half. I received the product one time and as I previously stated, I never ordered it. I tried to email them and they dont answer. I called their phone number and their mailbox is full. I went on their ******** page and there are no recent posts, but all the older posts have ?? next to them. Luckily my credit card company will rectify the situation for me but I want others to be aware.
