  Repaired a leaking roof - great attention to detail and a focus on solving my problem (as opposed to just selling me a whole new roof). They even fixed an adjacent problem with my brickwork at no extra charge. Replaced gutters - job was well done, but crew didn't know what they were supposed to do when they arrived.

  I had an excellent experience with Brax Roofing, **** ************, **. The company scheduled my service for my convenience and theirs. Appeared on time for the appointment and provided information that I needed about my roof. They provided prompt and helpful information, no sales pitch, and also gave me information about my gutters which I wouldn't have known to consider. I have already recommended them to a neighbor based on my interaction with them.

  Fantastic job. Professional and timely. We had a new ***** Corning Designer Series roof installation with 100% plywood replacement, and new gutters. Quality work at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Brax Roofing for any roof or gutter project.

  I own a 4-level townhouse that has a roof structure that Includes asphalt shingles, slate, and a copper roof over a bay window. Over the past year I engaged BRAX Roofing to perform 3 separate projects to address leaking and rotting wood on all 3 roof surfaces. The different teams that performed this work had the skill set to do a professional job. What I particularly liked about their work is that they provided me with pictures that showed the damaged areas being corrected as well as pictures of the completed work. It has now been a few weeks since the work was completed with several heavy rains to confirm that that my leaking problems have all been corrected.

  Recently, BRAX Roofing work crew completed needed repairs to our house ********* Walk and associated roof. The work crew did an excellent job removing and installing all the wood, flashing, shingles, and vinyl ********* Walk posts and railing. Their crew were very courteous. Additionally, there men explained the process as they were completing the individual steps, during the installation. During the removal of the old wood and Captains Walk, the men were especially careful to minimize debris and disruption to us.The photographs taken during the whole process and provided to us were excellent. We authorized BRAX Roofing to use the photographs taken at our home for their future *********** thanks to management, the sales rep ******** and the work crew for a job well done!******* *.

  I cant say enough positive things about **** and their teams. Ive used them now for replacing the roof, re-siding the house, including replacing all the gutters, downspouts and gutter guards. Everyone in this company is stellar. From ***** - who assessed what we needed and patiently explained exactly what they would do and why, to ***** - who worked with us to get the exact color scheme and look we wanted, to ****** and ****** - who set up the appointments, kept us updated and sent the contracts and photos. And each team handling the different parts were the most conscientious, knowledgeable, hard-working, cheerful and polite workers Ive ever met that it was a pleasure having the work done. Each team took photos of each step of their progress - so you can be sure that things such as weatherproofing materials were all used appropriately. You dont to stay on top of anything - I would trust them to do any work even while I was out of town - because I know they would do it all correctly. Use them and I bet youll be as happy with the outcome as I am!

  My shingle / roof replacement was an enhancement to help ready the house for sale. Everyone was considerate of this and although we went with a solid 30 year shingle and upgraded things like vent pipe covers. they suggested things that a new buyer would appreciate and no more! The work was done well, especially considering a steep roof, an d the crew was friendly and left the place looking like on the shingle catcher were there. AS far as the shingle catcher is concerned, they need to put wood / buffers under its outriggers to avoid rather deep depressions in the lawn.If you can't tell. overall I would use **** again and have already recommended them to neighbors.

  We have had excellent interactions with the **** team from the very beginning, thoughtful discussions, and we believe good advice. We actually shifted to **** from another roofer we had been considering, preferring the **** approach to the job. The work crew was easy to work with and work was done efficiently and cleanup was impressive.

Our first contact was with *****, who provided a thorough and professional review of the work required. He provided a detailed proposal and discussed all aspects with us. ***** oversaw the project and his crew was expert, efficient and easy to work with. ***** even identified an item on the final inspection that was 'OK', but would be better if done a little differently - and had the crew revise.   The roofing team was here everyday at 7:30 am and worked until dusk for three days. They were professional, polite and hardworking. Our roof looks great and our new skylights are beautiful. People walk by our house and comment on how nice everything looks.A great company. I highly recommend Brax!
