      I've contacted & hired Brax Roofing twice. The first time was in 2020 when my father's roof needed some minor repairs; the second in Oct. 2024 when my own roof needed to be replaced. In all cases, ****'s **** were onsite for inspection and repair exactly when they said they would be. Both jobs was done quickly and professionally, and the clean-up afterward was exemplary. I cannot recommend Brax Roofing enough.

      Brax has been fantastic on all levels: inspection and scope of the work, following through, process, and finally delivering on a roof replacement, installing new gutters and skylights, and redoing the trims. They coordinated seamlessly with people who have done duct work. The manager ***** and his brother ****** were extremely professional, always available to answer questions, and were very knowledgeable on all aspects of the work needed. Despite the various delays because of weather conditions, they were able to accommodate the changes and working with our own schedule. The work was priced very fairly. I recommend 100% Brax.

      After several attempts with other companies to determine the cause of the water spots on the ceiling of my sunroon, a friend gave me a list of roof repair companies and that's how I found Brax. I had almost decided to give the job to another company until Emilio gave a thorough inspection of what might be the cause of the problem. He was very patient and thorough and courteous.
      I wasn't sure about the shingles he suggested using for the job (a close match but not exactly). I found out the exact name of the shingles I needed and he went the extra steps to comply. The two men who worked on the roof started early on a Saturday morning. We were expecting snow the next morning so they worked diligently for eight hours to make sure they finished the job. Surprisingly, they cleaned up the premises even though it was getting dark. The men were courteous and polite at tall times. We have had several rainy days since the completion of the job. Finally, the job has been completed and done well. I was impressed with the staff - right from the start on the phone. When the estimator found he wouldn't be here on time, he called to let me know there would be a delay, rather than make me wonder if he would even show up. Everything about the experience with Brax was positive. I hope I won't have any more roofing issues, but if I do, I know who to call. Thank you Brax! MH
