    Came to replace deck in June. Called Aug 22nd about loose boards. They replied they would be out to fix the boards.
    Contacted them again 9/6, 9/21, 10/2 and 10/10. Replied, will be out. It's 10/24 and nobody came to fix yet. Unbelievable.

    I have sign an Insurance agreement on May 2, 2023 , I also paid an insurance deductible to Builtway Builders, Inc.. I have not received a call from anyone, The only time of communication is when I call or send an email, I had a pipe that burst in the main bathroom that flooded the bathroom and also the hallway, It’s been almost five months and no set a date or communication for a time frame . I would like to resolve this so I can move on from this horrible experience.

    Took over four months to repair roof from wind damage. I never revived a invoice for the work performed. Paid contractor $2,000.00 for the repairs that ***** **** estimated at the cost at $900.00. Was overcharged $1100.00. Made numerous calls in reference to this but got no response. I don’t recommend using this contractor. Poor customer service and a rip off.
