    This company is a complete SCAM. They steel personal info and credit card numbers and sell them in the dark web. DO NOT USE. Beware when making a reservation, their website pops up first, not the hotel you are looking for. They charge enormous nonrefundable fees with rates much higher than the hotel rates. I was booking a room in Greenville, SC and thought I was booking directly through the hotel since their website came up first in a ****** search looking like the Hotel's website. When I canceled the reservation, they would not refund their fees. I found similar complaints on the web.

    I booked a flight through reservations.com for $1,265 at approximately 4:30 am on 6/26/2023 from Atlanta to Denver, Colorado after my flight was abruptly canceled by ******** Airlines. Gauge, the Reservationss.com agent booked my flight **** on ******** Airlines to Colorado Springs with a connecting ******** Airlines flight *** through Dallas/Ft Worth that had a much later departure than what he had provided to me 5 minutes before I arrived at the ******** Airlines ticket counter . Gauges's misinformation resulted in my arriving at my ultimate destination (Colorado Springs) several hours later than anticipated, missing a critical business meeting costing me a significant financial loss and substantial inconvenience.
