**************** has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I made hotel reservation and specially asked if the hotel allows more than one service dog and he confirmed it. We get to the hotel and they deny us because we have 2 service dogs. I reservation Com to tell them they miss informed me and I want to cancel with a refund. They tell you it takes 5 to 10 business days to get a refund. You call them back after that time, than it's a run around of different people and more give us 5 to 10 business days. I have been dealing with them now for 2 months. It's always the same thing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Scam Alert. They pretend to be agents for whatever airline you are trying to call, ours was Lufthansa. "****" speaking American English changed our flight charging our card but also changing our email address to his own email for the Lufthansa account. He gave us a different number to call him directly if the call dropped which was from a landline in ******** that has no name associated with it on reverse lookup. Thankfully, Lufthansa and our credit card company are on the ball and were willing to correct all the antics of these criminals.

Reservations.com will scam you and take your money. They will use any excuses. Don't use reservations.com. Just call the hotel you want to book directly and book only through them. Do not use reservations.com They scam and would not give my refund back even though I never use the reservation and I called early. I called and they said that they do not refund, canceled reservations.

Scammers- I tried to rebook a flight and they charged me $609.00 total charged to change my flight with Eva Airlines. This agency split the payment into two payments, one for $489.00 and another one for $120.00. I showed up for my flight that was scheduled and when I tried to check in at the counter, I was told that I haven’t paid the rebooking fee of $120.00 and so I have to pay them (the airline staff at the counter) the $120.00 to be able to get on that flight. I called back Shon from the agency and he promised to reimburse me my $120.00 in a couple of days. Couple of months pass by and I still didn’t get my refund. When I tried to call back Shon he told me that I wouldn’t get my refund because it’s been too long. I found out that the difference from the $609.00 less the rebooking fee of $120.00, the remaining $489.00 went to them as the rebooking fee. I was so ashamed when I told the lady at the counter that I’d already paid the $120.00 rebooking fee but I guess this agency didn’t pay them. In other words, they made a profit of $609.00 off of me by not refunding my $120.00. My suggestion to you guys is to directly contact your airline and make sure it’s the real airline staff you are talking to. What happened was I dialed the Eva airline number listed on google and it end up to reservationss.com agent so please make sure that you’re talking to the real airline staff. Good luck…

I booked a flight with KLM airlines receiving a booking code. I have difficulty with my vision, and did not notice at that time that I had entered my email incorrectly, so I did not receive an email confirmation with additional details as expected. I looked online for a KLM customer service number, and found one on a webpage that looked like an official KLM site. I called this number, and the individual who answered, Mark, identified himself as a KLM representative and asked for my flight confirmation number. After I gave it to him, he told me that while I was booking, the price on the return flight had changed so it did not complete. He told me that to finalize my flight, I would have to pay $679. Although, in the end, I did not pay him, he indicated that I would lose my flight as a result. I asked him numerous times during the conversation if he a KLM customer service representative and not a third party, and he confirmed each time the he was with KLM. I contacted Delta, a partner airline to KLM for this flight, and they indicated that my initial reservation was fine, or I would not have received a booking number. Mark, who I later found out works for reservationss.com, used my booking number, went into my reservation, changed the information so that information would go to him directly, and then forwarded the reservation details to me so that it appeared as though he was able to correct things. Delta gave me the correct number for KLM customer service, and I then called them with my concerns about reservationss.com having my booking number. They weren't able to do anything as they could not change the booking code. On 11/5/2023 Mark canceled my flight online without my knowledge. The only reason I became aware of this was that I received an email from KLM, alerting me that a credit for the tax (366.20 on a $4,956.60 purchase) was being refunded to me. Not only did I lose the cost of my flight, but I had to rebook the same flight at a higher price.

Sadly I came across the "F" rating and following reviews after I had a nightmare experience with reservationss.com. No stars is to generous. In a nutshell, I booked a flight with *** airlines receiving a booking code. I have difficulty with my vision, and did not notice at that time that I had entered my email incorrectly, so I did not receive an email confirmation with additional details. I looked online for a *** customer service number, and found one on a webpage that looked very much like an official *** site, I called this number, and the individual who answered, Mark, identified himself as a *** representative and asked for my flight confirmation number. After I gave it to him, he told me that, while I was booking, the price on the return flight had changed so it did not complete. He told me that to finalize my flight, I would have to pay $679. Although, in the end, I did not pay him, he indicated that I would lose my flight as a result. I contacted *****, a partner airline to *** for this flight, and they indicated that my initial reservation was fine, or I would not have received a booking number. Mark, who I later found out works for reservationss.com, used my booking number, went into my reservation, changed the information so that would go to him directly, and then forwarded the reservation details to me so that it appeared as though he was able to correct things. ***** gave me the correct number for *** customer service, and I then called them with my concerns about this company having my booking number. They weren't able to do anything as they could not change the booking code or freeze the reservation. Unfortunately,, several days later, Mark canceled my nonrefundable flight online without my knowledge. Not only did I lose the cost of my flight, but I had to rebook at a higher price. I have filed a complaint with ***, but I do not know what the outcome will be.

Harold pretended to be American Airlines. Promised a refund he never processed and charged egregious fees (50% of the ticket price). BUYER BEWARE. This company isn't even a travel agency--they book the tickets like any consumer would. Filed a complaint with the Attorney General of MD. They have several complaints already on this deceptive company.

A well earned F rating. This company will not identify itself as an agent and leave you thinking you're talking directly to an airline. Will not disclose cost, which is embedded in fine print. If you're calling them because you're stuck at an airport and have no recourse you'll be relieved to be speaking to someone who appears to be helping....until you check you're bank account. My bank honored my claim against them and reimbursed me in full for their fees. Amazing they're allowed to stay in business.

This is a scam business. They pretend to be an airline and charge you for services that are free with airlines like rebooking. We were in Europe and had an Air France flight cancelled. We googled for an Air France number and a phone number came up that appeared to be Air France. Turned out to be this scam business. They acted like and communicated with us as if they were Air France. That number has disappeared from the Internet. They charged us 787 dollars for a new flight. Air France does not charge to rebook a cancelled flight. It was our mistake to not be more careful. We had to cancel our credit card. Stay away from this website.
