Came out last August to diagnose problem with 4-month old Samsung refrigerator. Failed to fix and problem has since worsened. Samsung again linked us to this provider only to have the confirmed appointment changed from morning to afternoon without notice or approval, and then canceled once the service window had begun. They didn’t care that a day was wasted on them and didn’t want to hear that their new offered time could not be accommodated. Horrible service!

    Less than one star-
******* uses this company as a service provider for items under warranty. On Feb 29th, 2024 I scheduled with ******* to have washer repair service conducted on Mar 7th between 12 and 6pm. Now, on Mar 6th at 5pm they decide to let me know they are changing the time window for repair to 9am-1pm and if I'm not there at that time, oh well and I'll be charged with customer holding up repairs because the technicians can choose to just not show up or show up early regardless of preset scheduling. As I'm an only parent and work full time, I responsible put in leave for my scheduled time window at the time I scheduled so it's in advance. Now it's too late to change and readjust and neither ******* or the service repair company care or will work with their error in scheduling. This is a terrible display of holding a customer at the mercy of this company who does not comprehend the unprofessionalism of changing a week-long, set schedule last minute for no reason except the technicians don't want to come here anymore at that time because they had cancellations. But I didn't cancel and I'm a customer with an appointment who needs this service performed ASAP but I already accommodated ******* by waiting a full week!

The Samsung technician who came out to repair my washing machine gave me a price for repair and then tried to overcharge me more that $200 on top. He insisted that I pay nearly $700 for the repair when earlier he quoted around $500 which included the call out charge. He then threatened to come back to take out the part he had put in if I didn’t pay up.

If I could give this negative stars I would. On March 16, 2023. My tv stopped connecting to the internet and then within the next 24 hours it stopped coming on all together. I called ******* and they dispatched their 3rd party tv repair vendor HSNE. They came on March 21, 2023. After initial inspection, they asked if they could take the tv. I purchased a ******* Care plan when I purchased the tv in July 2022 so I was fine with them taking it to figure out what the issue was. Little did I know, this was going to be the the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. They had the tv for 3 weeks without anyone calling me directly to tell me what the issue was. I reached out to ******* several time who couldn’t give clear updates either. I contacted HSNE twice and was given 2 different stories on what the issue was with my tv. I was told when they got the part in they would contact me to bring the tv back. On April 13, 2023 a very rude technician shows up unannounced to bring the tv back while I was at work. I explained that I wasn’t home and he said he would have to come back the following week. Obviously annoyed at the possibility of not having my tv for a full month, I tried to call the main office. While on hold for the main office the tech calls back to say he can come back the next day April 14. He brings the tv back on April 14 without the legs initially but finds them in the truck. Hours later the tech calls me back because he didn’t get the serial number from the tv to provide to Samsung. He called my phone back to back 5 times and was rude when I explained I was out for the evening and wouldn’t be home to get a picture until late that night. If these are the type of vendors that ******* used they don’t have to worry about me buying monitors, tvs or applicances from ******* again!
