      Asked for final balance back with August's payment (not due till Dec 15th), and when that was just paid (Oct 23rd), get notified that there were late payments thus there's another $39.46 owed. I said there weren't any late payments, then I was told that was interest owed. Yet the email sent to me in August stated there wasn't any Past Due Amount owed and the final amount due was what was just paid.
      I'm paying it, but how many others do they do this to, 10, 100, 1000 of accounts?

      This company is a TOTAL ripoff!!!!! They did not disclose that they charge DAILY interest charges when you sign your documents. When I traded in my vehicle, the dealership had to email a signed payoff request and they received a signed payoff statement (10days) WITH a per diem. A week later bay country calls me to tell me they're filing suit against me because they never received a payoff request when they in fact did( I have all copies in my possession). They are the absolute worst!!! Stay away from this company!!!!!!! Total ripoff and will set you up to get raped with interest charges! My loan was $1,000 for 18 months when I traded my car it was found that the actual term was for 147 months at $13k!!! How can anyone pay their loans off with such high interest fees. This is absurd!!!
